Company-Wide Disabling New feature tutorials for all users. Currently, this can be disabled but it can only be disabled per app/user. We need to have this option for company-wide disabling.

Please have your account admin reach out to your CSM to escalate to our apps team to have this option turned off on your account. If your account does not have a CSM, please have your account admin escalate to support and support can escalate internally.

Please allow the ability to pull from the Global Address List in Office 365 - Settings/Calendar and Contacts
Please allow the ability to pull from all the Global Address Lists in Office 365. The calendar and contacts Office 365 sync option was available in the old app, however it is not available in the new unified RC app. The setting must give us the ability to select from the list of all Global address lists from the Calendar and sync option.

Case - Automate Alerts Notifying RC Tech Support When Attachments Are Added
It is really annoying when I have to go in and add a comment "Adding Attachments" when I attach screenshots, logs, and other information. This is a great opportunity for an automated notification once an attachment is added so customers don't need to.

Leave a fax icon on the side of the Desktop app in the new view.
I noticed that if I switch to the new view in the app, the fax icon disappears from the options on the left side of the page. I can still send a fax from the + options, but I can't figure out how to view sent or received faxes. This is fine for now, as I can turn off the new view, but I'm not sure how it will work once the new view becomes the only view, as I assume will eventually happen.

In California, it is illegal to record a phone conversation. Can this be an option on the Admin Portal wherein we can disable the button on the RingCentral app?

I recently had to fill out the bulk upload template and upload it. I had to repeat this several times as it did not work, but I was given no information to let me know they failed. (The account's super admin receives this notification by default.) This confirmation email contains the number of users that were created and the number that were not created. The file attachment in the confirmation email will note the errors encountered on the respective lines of any records that were not successfully created during the file processing. -
Ability to See Incoming Other Call Queue Ext Calls While on an Active Call
Includes Overflow Call Queue: If a user is a member of both the main queue and the overflow call queue he/she should have the ability to see that there's an incoming call for the overflow call queue while he is in an active call.
Ability to take another incoming call from another call queue while in an active call from the first call queue.
This increases awareness of the user to cater longer waiting people on queue which will benefit the helpdesk that needs to filter calls by urgency.

The new layout makes it difficult to access Text Messages
I do not like the new layout because I cannot separately access text messages or see notification badges separately for text messages.

How can I set up DO NOT DISTURB while I'm sleeping
My clients are hard at work all hours of the night and day, and while our company does offer 24/7/365 customer service, I am not part of that team. I would like a way to block calls from the phone app during certain times so that I am not awoke at 5AM by my clients. I don't want to use the main DO NOT DISTURB setting on my phone because I don't want to block my family from calling in an emergency.

Bring Back the Separate Button to Block and Spam/Report Number on RC App
There are numbers that you just like to block and not report as spam.This is an existing feature prior to the new layout of the new version of the app. Separating block from spam/report as there are numbers that you just wish not to be bothered of for a few duration.
