  3. This UI has changed recently for the worse. Previously, when adding a blocked number to an extension (like the company admin), you were given the opportunity to enter a name for the blocked number. I would generally use a descriptor indicating why it was blocked (most often junk faxes). But this week, theres a new UI that only allows entering the number, then you have to find the number in the list to add the name. Please roll back this change. The new UI is completely unnecessary.

  4. We have contacted support seeking instruction on transferring call directly to VM was provided the article https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/How-do-I-transfer-call-directly-voicemail-using-Presence.html?brand=RC_US&product=RingEX&language=en_US
    upon testing it our we are only able to use this feature on Poly and Cisco phone it would be better if this can be setup for Yealink phones as well

  7. Ability to have the option to select the RC mobile app first then next to be ringing is the RC desktop app or vice versa. The option that the we have is to turn it off or turn it on only. The customer wanted to have the ability to select or change the option to be ringing first either with RC mobile app or RC Desktop app.

  13. Request to allow managers of user groups to download the log of calls that have been recorded.

    Currently the manager of a group can go in, isolate by user and listen (and download) the recording of that call, but they cannot download a log file of the call data per user they are focusing on.

    Request to add the ability to download the call log of recorded calls isolated by user.

  16. I was hoping you could help me figure something out - we want to generate some reports about how many calls each user is receiving, but we're running into an issue

    Right now our main number call handling is set to route to a receptionist user, then the receptionist transfers calls to the intended recipient - seemingly a pretty normal office configuration

    But when we generate a Performance Report in Analytics, it shows that any call coming into the main number is being counted as a call to the Receptionist

We need to apply the option "Block calls with no caller ID" to run only in the direct number of the Super admin extension 101 however the option applies on all the extension of the account, as we have consulted support currently that is an expected behavior It would be nice if there is an option in the admin portal where we can choose the extension where this will apply and for it to be applied on all extension when set in the super admin

We are setting up our account one have 1 number we need to setup the extension 101 that when dialed directly it will say our billing team greeting however when the main number is dialed it would play the greeting for the auto receptionist and when forwarded to an extension it will play the greeting for the extension of the user, we need a way to by pass the greeting for the user extension when the main number is dialed however we do not see any option in the online acciunt for us to accomplish this
