Similar to what Zoom or WebEx has, every single admin web page that shows list of user, list of Call Queue , list of information showed be able to download.

Hot Desk Session Timeout setting by Role or Site instead of Company Wide
We have some sites which would benefit from allowing no timeout for Hot Desk sessions. We have some sites which NEED to have a session timeout, as people move frequently. Currently, you can only set a default session timeout which applies company-wide. It would be beneficial to allow some granularity in this setting.

Reporting on Custom Answering Rules
We have over 430 Custom Answering Rules for our company. We have a custom answering rules for each client so that when they call it goes directly to their Client Service Leader rather than the main office line. We would like to be able to pull a report to see all custom rules rather than viewing page by page for auditing purposes.

More options for admins when managing Security Roles
Admins need to be able to manage and delete security roles and manage users quickly and effectively. For example, if an Admin has created and tested a new custom security role with the purpose of extending analytics capabilities to end users and the admin needs to delete the old security role, reassign all the users to the new security role, and make reassign a few more users to a different security role. Downloadable diagram for IVR Menus
I would like to see a feature addition allowing admins to download a diagram/flowchart of IVR menus in an easy-to-read format so that they are able to see in one place what numbers/user extensions will ring when a specific key press happens on an IVR Menu.

increase key presses
When a team uses an IVR they're limited to the number of key presses. So, if there's more members on the team, key presses aren't available. Currently, to make this work a person's extension would have to be changed. In my case, the extension is already set up and I don't want to change the extension to accommodate the ivr key press limitations.

Call Queues have multiple notification paths or forwards
It would be nice is there was a way to setup what happens to a call during Business Hours vs Afterhours. Rather that is emailing different people/groups or rolling a call to different places

Limit user access to Call-Forwarding and Call-Forwarding Destinations
Limit user profiles to "call-forward" to known telephone numbers, e.g., corporate directory, and limit access to "call-forwarding" based on role. Permitting an “all-or-none” call-forwarding option without restrictions on destination is counter intuitive to preventing fraud, and without the ability to manage access at the role level ignores enterprise policy requirements that potentially positions California organization in violation of employment practices.

Call Queue Manager Roles - Members Role vrs Member Management Role
I didn't realize when adding users as a Manager to monitor VM's in a Call Queue, the Member Management role doesn't allow them to make changes to messages, such as deleting the messages. This role only allows the user to add/remove members and to log them in/out of the queue. The Messages role doesn't allow the adding/removing of members, but does allow the deletion of VM's. Full Access allows both the deleting of VM's and member management, but also gives full access to the queue and all of it's settings, which I don't want my managers to have. So now…

Disable Users to change the login password
If admin wants to disable the user from changing the login password, there is no option provided to disable\block the user from changing the login password. It will good if that option will be provided. In our company admin will maintain all the passwords of the user and some users change the password by themself. Please consider this and make changes and give some option for the same.
