Mute timer set by group admin for full group or specific users
If a group is being flooded by messages, and the admin needs to reset the discussion, they can make the group read-only for a set time (10min-1week) allowing only admins to post. After the timer, the group would reset to its original posting permissions. This could be set to prevent all non-admin users from posting, or apply to specific users within the group.

Adding voice & video messaging feature to RingEx plans.
Voice and video messaging is already available for RingCx plans but not RingEx plans. This is a basic messaging feature that should be included in all plans. All messaging platforms in the market have it.

Spell Check multiple languages and disable option for Cloud Office
It would be great if Avaya Cloud Office would have a spell check for other languages than English. In my case: German. As well as the ability to disable the spell check. Currently, I am using the app in German, but the app spell checks in English. This results in everything I type being underlined in red. This is quite annoying.
So the first improvement would be to be able to disable the spell check without having to disable it for the whole computer system. A second step then, of course, would be to provide the spell check in the…1 vote -

Stop Archiving Messages
Currently, the messaging app archives messages. This causes the loss of vital information within our practice, as we cannot access any messages past a very short length of time. Can you prevent messages from archiving?

RingCentral App
Asking for the feature that you can see the messages sent to a person/team if the user or any member of the team has "seen" the messages I sent.
Just like on the social media application that there is a "icon" to show that the person has seen the message I sent him/her.

Quiet times
As a notification setting—allow the user to set quiet times, so that they are not alerted with notifications, on Lock Screen or Notification Center. Use case would be for users to set quiet times during weekend or certain hours of the day after normal business day working hours.

I suggest order of messaging should be maintain in case of reply
in a group of 3 persons let us say person A added a comment
person A added another normal message which is related to first message
now let us say person B added a reply using reply button on person A's very first message, now it will appear as latest, breaking the order of messages which makes it hard for others to read the conversation for example person C won't be able to read the messages in order which can confuse him even though it has timestamps

Input Mode Improvement
I would like to provide some feedback regarding an issue I encountered while using the app.
I prefer using the rich text input mode in conversations. However, every time I switch to another conversation, the input mode resets to plain text mode. This is quite inconvenient for me.
It would be great if the app could remember the input mode I used last time, or provide a select setting to choose the input mode. This feature would significantly enhance the user experience.
