  1. Are we able to add a feature to allow user to find the "related" chats with a contact? E.g. in the contact's main chat page.

    Most of the time, if I talked with a contact in a group chat (or team), when sometimes back I want to find the chat, it is hard to search out. (I event don't have the group name if it is not a team chat). It is very painful, I can only search in @metions sometimes to get it with luck

    This is very usful when user has many many group chats.

  2. I think there should be a feature for RingCentral users to have a read receipt in either the SMS feature, or the message feature. Maybe it can be optional?

  5. WHILE IN THE 'AGENT' SCREEN UNDER 'SUPERVISOR' HAVE A DIRECT MESSAGE OPTION TO THE REP, MAYBE UNDER THE "MORE". THIS WOULD ALLOW FOR QUICKER EASIER MESSAGING WHILE CYCLING THROUGH REPS TO MONITOR.

  6. It would be nice to click a button on group of chats and have AI summary of unread messages per chat. Also it would be great if AI can highlight messages which are related to user, user's team, components for which user or team is responsible, questions asked by user, etc.

  12. Add the ability to send silent messages that don't trigger notifications to recipients, allowing for asynchronous communication across different time zones without disturbing colleagues.
    Currently, when team members in different time zones need to communicate, sending messages during the recipient's off-hours can be disruptive. There's no way to send a message that the recipient can see when they're back online without triggering immediate notifications that might wake them up or interrupt their personal time.
    - Add a "Send Silently" toggle button or icon next to the regular send button

Is it possible to give us a feature wherein we can see the status of messages we sent. whether it is delivered or seen and who sees it when sent to group chatroom? we are using the messages tool to communicate internally to organization members and it is necessary for us to know if the notifications are read or not.

  14. Copied links from OneNote automatically generate a hyperlink in the messages window. However, when you click the link to open, you are not redirected to OneNote from the link. Instead you have to copy the link and paste it into a web browser to be redirect to OneNote.

  15. Add this feature for SMS / TXT to non-internal messenger users in our group. I have a lot of external customers I've added as contacts to my RC contact directory that I'd like to do direct video SMS to vs. taking a video and attaching to the SMS text message.

    In cross-language teams collaboration it is essential that everyone tries to keep the conversation accessible for everyone. Sometimes group chats start from one language and some time later others join the chat forcing already joined people to switch to language that's clear for everyone (English usually). Other cases could be defined as requiring participants to use the only allowed language for communication.

    To address those concerns I propose to have following improvements:

  18. The customer wants to avoid posting a message in the wrong group, and they think Folders would help prevent that. From what the customer can tell, it only applies to him when he moves teams to folders. Wants to have a way to set this up globally so it applies to everyone's login.

  20. mplement the ability for users to select and forward multiple messages simultaneously within the corporate messenger. This will significantly improve user experience and productivity, especially when sharing context or important information from a chat.

    Current Problem:

    Currently, users can only forward messages individually. This process is time-consuming and cumbersome, particularly when needing to forward a series of related messages to another user or group. This leads to frustration and decreased efficiency.

    Proposed Solution:

    Introduce a multi-select functionality that allows users to select multiple messages within a chat and then forward them as a single unit to another chat or contact.
