Allow access to change availability hours for a limited extension device
We have our Polycom IP6000 conference phones set up as limited extensions but in some sites we'd like them to be able to take incoming calls 24 hours a day. Can only do this if the device is associated to a user and set up as such. Would like the ability to change open hours for a limited extension device.

Remove Extra Lines on Polycom Without Adding Presense
By default, the user line is listed on each line (4 times for an 4 line phone, for example). The workaround is to add presence for a line 3rd line, which the end user may not need, to remove the extra lines. This makes the phone screen very busy when and is not a good user experience when most users only need one line.The layout can be made much cleaner by logging into the Web UI as Admin and navigate to Utilities -> Line Key Configuration. Add updated firmware for Cisco Phone 8861
Currenlty, the Cisco 8861 supports only the CP-BEKEM-3PCC (old) side car with the current firmware version that RingCentral provides.In order to support the CP-8800-A-KEM (new) side car, the Cisco 8861 needs firmware load 11.2.3

Display Number of new voicemail on the screen of Yealink T57W Prime Business Phone
We have new Yealink T57W Prime Business Phoneand we cannot make them display that there are new messages waiting. Ideally I would like to have displayed how many new messages are left in the voicemail and how many messages have been checked/heard. Can anyone suggest a solution?

Please list Sienheiser SDW 3 BS & SDW 60 HS a compatible device.
We have 80 devices on site, the base unit would create a dial tone for incoming calls this has now stopped working for all users across the site. It works for Microsoft teams. We are using epos connect to configure the devices via an online portal. Previously logged a ticket with support 12818533 but could not come to a resolution.

Make the process of transferring a physical desk phone from one user to another more intuitive
On a new account with desk phones assigned to unassigned numbers, the process of getting an assigned extension with a softphone to have a desk phone from assigned to an unassigned extension is counter intuitive and very difficult. It currently involves assigning the unassigned extension with desk phone to a new or existing user, swapping the desk phone for a softphone (to send the desk phone to inventory), deleting the attached phone number (to send to inventory), then going into the softphone and swapping with the unassigned desk phone in inventory. FIRMWARE UPDATE: Yealink T42S support for WF50 wifi dongle
Please update Firmware Update to Yealink T42S phones to support WF50 WiFi Dongle. The WF40 WiFi dongle does not support the 5GHz wireless band. After reviewing with Yealink support directly, the V84 firmware and newer does support WF50 with the T42S phones.

Ability to Program 3rd party Numbers on Soft Key (blf key)
On my Cisco 8861, I am unable to program the softkeys to dial out to any number outside of a ringcentral extension assigned to us. If I want to program a speed dial to a customer, or assign an intercom to an extension as a speedial(blf key) it is currently not allowed. I am not sure why a simple feature like this is not allowed on Ring Central. It would make business operations so much easier to utilize the 5 soft keys that are lying dormant to be able to dial out to our customers, etc.

Support Configuration of Presence on Yealink T46G
We manually configured our Yealink T46G, but tech support does not currently have a way to make the DSSKEY setting for BLF reflect the presence of users currently on calls. We have shortcut buttons for the users in our office on the screen, but we can not tell if they are currently on the phone like we used to with our previous carrier.

Intercom use within a shared line
We have a customer who has a single shared line with 8 phones. They need two way communication (intercom) internally on their shared line. Is there anyway we can get internal shared line intercom functionality? There are 8 phones in this group with a total of 4 lines. If you think about the way landline phones work if they pickup a phone on line 1. Then a second user picks up another phone selects the same line. That functions as a two way communication with both users being able to talk on that line similar to how intercom would work.…
