Allow Key 2 to be programmable/changed on Poly VVX150
Currently only Key 3 onwards can be changed, however where users are working with lower end Poly phones such as the VVX150, there are only 2 keys and both are reserved for the extension line.Please can we make Key 2 programmable for other extensions or pickup groups?

Transfer incoming call on desk phone without placing the current call on hold
While engage on a call, I wanna be able to transfer the other incoming call to a different extension without having the current call place on hold.Example:Im speaking with one of my customers and another call came in. I will have a capability to transfer the incoming call to the extension that I want the call to be forwarded.

On code and off code short cut
Wants to have an option not to go to the menu anymore and input the code only straight to the keypad right away to forward a specific call.

Hot Desking Time Set Log off Parameter - Pick an exact time frame
Customer does not want our drop down window, nice to have but want a manual time frame, example, manual input of 10am to 2pm, 8:45am to 3:30pm, etc...

Yealink soft key Feature
With Vonage i just need to press the (envelope key) message key on his Yealink T48S and it will show all the new message/ missed call but now i need to check per the specific line before knowing if its a VM or missed call

Mitel original interface and option of forwarding
Would like to have the same interface before when the customer still in Mitel service.You just press the gear button, put the pin then select the extension it will go through.

Poly VVX Phone Message Light should turn on with Co-Recipients
With the new Co-Recipients feature for voicemails, especially for Message-Only Extensions, it would be beneficial for RingCentral to be able to turn on the Messages Light on the Poly VVX phones. This would provide a visual indicator that a message is waiting for staff that are not using any apps.

Mitel 6940 different ring tone for internal calls (call within company level)
Like to have a feature when the call is within the company, the ringtone of the physical should or can be personalized to be different from any (outside) incoming calls .

Nomadic 911 for Cisco Phones
This may be in the roadmap but I didn't see on the GTM consolidated feature tracker -Need the ability to use Nomadic 911 for Cisco devices. This customer has 8851's specifically that they would like to reuse when switching over to RingCentral.

Allow alternative numbers to appear in company directory VVX450
Please allow the company directory on VVX450 to show alternative numbers for staff. Currently it only shows their extensions even though we have inputted mobile numbers, alternative landlines etc for each staff member we have. Users are using printed out documents or the ring central app on their phones to pull up alternative numbers for people and then dialling them from the desk phone. A very slow arduous process.

Allow customer admin to disable Room Phone Line add-on incoming PSTN calls
Current customer with Rooms POC in progress asked this question; Impacts all customers with Room Phone Line add-on licenses. SIde note - this is also an issue for my tester account, receiving multiple spam calls to my demo system daily.
