Unblock Google App in the GUI of Yealink devices to allow customers to sync their Google directory
With various models of Yealink devices, customers are unable to sync their Google directory from the devices' GUI. Steps to replicate :
- log into GUI
- Go to Directory
- click on Google Contacts
- Turn on Google Contacts
- sign in using the code provided
- Select a google account
Result: error message that says this app is blocked by Google

Disable incoming calls Manually
I want the option to be able to disable/ enable incoming calls when i want. There are times when i do not wish to receive calls, and spammer, telemarketers, robocalls keep coming in and they consume my calling credits since unanswered calls also go to voice mail which further consumes my calling credits.
Please give us the ability to switch off incoming calls when it is not needed.

Automatic Time Zone Update
Hello! I need to figure out how to change the phone numbers to follow their work hours but change with the physical phone's time zone. I have executives that travel and it is inconvenient to have to change the work hour time zones. Can you set it to follow their phone's time zone please?

Transfer a call and if the recipient does not answer it returns the call to the sender
The ability to transfer a call to another user and if that user is not available the call would be returned to the original sender of that call. This way the call doesn't have to go to voicemail and can be sent to another user if necessary, or take a message in person.

On the Yealink Phones we need the name field to be at least 8 characters long.
On the Yealink T46U we need to name field to be at least 9 charters long

Option to turn off the ability to receive calls from External number
We need to implement the following:
- No External Dial by Extension in IVR
- No External Dial by Directory in IVR
- No External Dial by DID
- But allow internal calls and transferring external calls to the users.
Essentially, they should not receive any phone calls from outside parties without being transferred by someone internally.

It would be great if there's no gap on the ring when the call is being forwarded to an external number so that the caller would not know that their call is being forwarded.

Show All Company call recordings on Mobile app for SuperAdmins
If user is a SuperAdmin Allow mobile app to show all call recordings instead of only showing the users call recordings. This is helpful for managers who would like to periodically review calls while mobile to quicker be able to help their teams.

Global Hotkeys
Alt + A is a helpful hotkey. However, there should be a setting to make this, and others, a global keyboard shortcut (not dependent on RC App being the active window). I would like to be able to answer a call without having to change windows.

Support for 7-Digit Local Dialing and Optional Outbound Prefix (e.g., "9")
Request to support simplified outbound dialing behavior, allowing users to:
Dial local numbers using only 7 digits (e.g., 555-5555) without including the area code.
Use an optional outbound prefix (e.g., "9") followed by the phone number to initiate outbound calls (e.g., 9-555-5555).
Current Behavior:
Outbound calls currently require full 10-digit dialing (area code + local number). Prefix-based or 7-digit local dialing is not supported.1 vote -

Disable fax notification on desk phone
When we receive faxes, I am also getting a voicemail to my phone to alert about this, and if I listen to the voicemail, it impacts the faxes and shows they have been read. Is there a way to turn off this setting, so that my desk phone is not getting these notifications?

Excluding DDI's (internal users) from call greeting
It would be great to be able to exclude DDI's from a call greeting. We have a call greeting set for all numbers to inform customers they are being recorded, however it is really annoying that this still plays for internal calls and causes internal delays.

seamless transfer to a 3rd party number
We want to have the option to route the call from Main Company Number to an User Extension then to a 3rd party number without seconds delay.
It may seems that this option might be helpful for seamless transaction rather than moving to a 3rd party company to complete this request.
