Sync external contacts of a user for non MVP users to Mitel phones
To be able to access a directory of contacts whereby the contacts are for video pro users. In this example a user contact information. The contacts should be accessible from Mitel phones, current work around is use of RC desktop app which works fine, but would be ideal to have it incorporated or sync to mitel.

For RingCentral to add Nationwide calling to 310xxx numbers for Canada only. In the province of Quebec in Canada, there are a lot of services, like the police, public service, or companies that use these phone numbers. These numbers are always the same format ex: 310-XXXX

CALL PICK UP FEATURE ON CISCO PHONES
Currently, call pick up is not available for Cisco phones. Just like other phones, its also important to have a call pick up so whenever the phone ring, we will be able to answer the call using other phones without going to the location of the phone.

7 digit dialing
In the province of Quebec in Canada, there are a lot of services, like the police, public service, or companies that use phone numbers with only 7 digits. These numbers are always the same format ex: 310-XXXX, it seems we cannot dial 7 digits outside number. Can we fix that?

Ring Central app connection to vehicle audio
Create a feature that allows the Ring Central app to connect to a vehicles audio system. Currently the only way to answer a RC call / connect to a meeting is to answer by physically manipulating the mobile device which is illegal in a number of jurisdictions.

Adding IVR under Ring Order
Sometimes we prefer the receptionist to answer direct calls from customers, but if the receptionist is busy with a customer. Having the IVR prompt come up after several rings is better than that phone call hanging up or going to voicemail.

Differentiate Incoming calls between dialed phone number and dialed ext number in just 1 user
We have extension under user with number as Receptionist and that extension has ring all together/ringgroups that when the number under that extension was dialed it will ring all under the ring group. And what we want if extension number was dialed alone, the call will ring only to that extension not the ring group under that extension

A feature should be developed with the RingCentral software that enables all of the Admin Users on a RingCentral account to be able to access and add to (if necessary) the same text threads with customers, as well as the customer-facing call logs/voicemail messages.

Call Park Functionality Between Different PBX Systems
The customer has implemented a Cloud Connector Directory Integration (CCDI) which includes an underlying SIP trunk to allow ext-to-ext type calls between RC Users and legacy-Cisco-PBX Users. The Cisco phone is not registering to RC. He is trying to park a call on RC and then retrieve it from the Cisco phone behind the Cisco PBX on the other side of the CCDI SIP trunk.
Currently, this is not supported as the call park functionality is only between RC users.
