Extension Text Task Assignment
Another feature that may be included in this is an option to allow a "Text" message to just come from the main number, so clients don't become confused by all the various phone numbers associated with our office. Please add this feature for texts, so it matches the main phone # associated with our business, to come from one source number to keep client confidence by not having to text from a bunch of different numbers creating confusion, and distrust by reaching out from all these different numbers with each different extension. List Queue lines as "Queues" on the app rather than "Direct"
Currently on dropdown menu in RingCentral App, where you select which number to call from, both your personal line and any call queues you are in appear as "Direct". Could the Call Queue lines appear as "Queue" to help users differentiate their number from that of the Queue number.

Put back HOLD button on Glip phone pad
The phone pad (app on desktop) switched the hold button to the video button. Please have the HOLD button to be put back or give the option to set up the Phone Pad.

Change defualt time zone in ringcentral scheduleing
The reason we want this change is so that we don't have to remember to the change the time zone all the time when creating lots of meetings.

Multi-select participants to create team
Or any faster way (like drag-drop) to create a large team without having to type every name/adress. And it's really difficult to know who you already added since the name is not greyed when you typed a name.

Status to be displayed on APP when app is in the task bar (similar to teams)
We would like to see the status (busy/DND etc.) to be viewable from the "R" application when it is on your task bar. This way you do not have to open the app to see what status you are - This would prompt people in remembering they went on DND - as it would have a red circle of something similar highlighted.Teams has this function so something similar to teams would be ideal.

Ability to clear individual @mentions in @mentionfeed
Use case: When I am looking at my @mention feed, I am forced to see all my @mentions, including ones that I've already addressed. Then I have to comb through to find the ones I actually need to take action on.Possible solve: Allow me to X out or say "read" for each, and those would disappear from that feed. Then there could be a second view of that feed that includes all - you could toggle between "Action Needed" and "All."

Call popup suggestion in Glip
When messaging in glip, if both parties have messaged each other a lot within a given timeframe, then glip pops up a suggestion to have a call immediately instead. If both parties are happy to do so, it immediately connects a call. Hopefully increasing productivity and the chance to speak to a face too

Add the ability to copy and paste from Excel into a Message
I would like to be able to copy numbers and text from Excel and keep everything "as is" in 2 dimensions (in a grid). The information currently is pasted in a single column in the message so the table format is lost.

Regionalised Spell Checker In Glip
Ability to select a spell checker in the language of choice. IE - US or UK

A "do not disturb" or "unavailable" option for texting with the RingCentral App.
This would allow for parents and students who send a text message after hours or on weekends to receive a message back that I am unavailable. This prevents students and parents feeling "ghosted" when they send a message after hours.

On RC Classic it was easy to identify all the teams in which a person was involved already. This is helpful in the context of coaching an team management

Display full name of contact on inbound calls
When a client within our contacts calls in on the application only the initals are shown and not the full name so we really have no idea who it is until we pick up the call which is no use to us and I can imagine to anyone with more than 5 people in their contacts.

Automatically remove details from photo like GPS coordinates
This is already a feature in most chat apps. Remove all details from photo uploaded to provide security.

To add a feature that only sends out text messages with no option to call or reply to sender.
I would like a feature added, if it's not already in place, where I am able to send out text messages to my employees but the employees will not be able to respond to the text message or call the sender's phone number.
