  1. Currently, the MSI file for installing the MS Teams Ring Central Plugin can trigger a request for Administrator elevation in order to complete the installation. If the MSI could be set to automatically elevate to Administrator to smooth out the installation process that would be great. I was able to implement this change in my own administration by wrapping the .EXE installer for the plugin in to an MSI package and forcing the MSI package to elevate - which resulted in a seamless installation process that required 1 click to complete and did NOT require elevation.

    The issue with "wrapping"…

  3. Is there any chance to show the number on the call history screen as well? That would be such a huge quality of life upgrade. It would save me from having to click on the caller details screen every time.

  5. It's not listed as recommended headset to use with their RingCentral application and they wanted to know when this model to be compatible with RingCentral application. Their Yealink WH64 model is not allowing the user to answer the call using this model and it's not compatible to use with their RingCentral application

  6. Ability to FLIP a call from the desktop application to the deskphone prior to the receiving party connecting. As is currently designed, the CALL FLIP can ONLY occur after the call has been connected. The problem with this is that once a call has been FLIPPED, hold music will play. This is very distracting to the party being called and does NOT provide for a smooth transfer. It should appear seamless to the party being called and not disrupted with hold music.

  8. Unlike the RC meeting solution, RingCentral Video doesn't allow the user to automatically receive a security notification when someone enters his virtual room using the url meeting. However this feature is useful in case the user doesn't want to secure his virtual room with a password instead.

  10. Currently, there is no option for agents to confirm if a call was successfully transferred in the RingCentral app. A feature request is being made to add a confirmation notification or status update for transfers.

  15. In the favorite contacts list in the RC app, you can see the status of your favorite contacts, if they're available or on a call. But you can't see who the person is on a call with.

    In the HUD, you can see who the person is on a call with.

    Bring this feature to the favorite contact list too! I use the HUD to add contacts to my phone buttons, and don't have the same list set up on my favorite contacts.

  16. There is a scan to fax option when sending a fax inside the RingCentral. Would it be better if there is a separate settings or tab for Scan to Fax feature inside the RingCentral app.

  17. As the title states, an emergency alert banner that can be displayed across the top of the screen similar to Rings update banner. In the event of an emergency (Fire, shooting, natural disaster, etc) the ability to quickly notify everyone in the company is imperitive. Something that can be quickly sent out from users with the correct access and that displays accross all of the Ring Central apps and programs.

  18. At this point, the implementation of selecting multiple voicemails is very poor (pencil icon to enable checkboxes for selection). Why not use industry standards and allow 'Ctrl' or 'Shift' to select multiple voicemails?

  19. The customer wants the option to delete multiple voicemail messages. Instead of using the pencil icon, they would prefer to delete messages by holding the "Control" key and highlighting the voicemails they want to delete, or by using a three-dot menu option to select and delete them.
