Limit ACD callback to certain queues
New CSRs need this. I am a new hire, and on multiple occasions I have been automatically selected to call somebody back about something I'm not yet even trained to handle. For incoming calls, I am usually excluded from queues that go toward more experienced representatives, but somehow I get selected for callbacks that RingCX knows and tells me upfront are about electrical issues, when I'm only trained in the plumbing department. Then it's awkward when I have to transfer a customer that I called.

Notification When Someone Reacts to Your Message with an Emoji
The only way to know if someone did this is to hover over the reactions. These days lot of people respond by reacting with a thumbs up or other emoji. I would like to be notified of this. That and a read receipt.

Option to launch an external URL automatically or by user input
In the RingCentral app, if the "Launch an external app or website for incoming calls" option is toggled on, it will launch automatically for all inbound calls. It would be nice to have a checkbox to control whether the web page launches automatically, or upon the user clicking a notification to accept. This will enable the user to skip launch on any inter-company or non-customer related calls.

Option to stop the fax from re-sending
We would need to have an option for the fax to only send once. Currently, the system attempts to send it thrice before getting the delivery failure or if it was successful. We only need to have the fax attempt once, then we can get the result if it's successful or not.

To have a pre-recorded voicemail that will be sent to each of his customers just in case cannot reach them. To leave voicemail messages to every customer instead of automatically sending the pre-recorded vm.

Ability to hide company contacts while using the mobile app
Why would contacts be being saved on an iPhone titled "via RingCentral"? All of these contacts appeared and were not created by the iPhone's owner. Every one of them is the owner's assigned RingCentral number. It would be best if we had the option hide company contacts when using the mobile app

Create and view groups in RingCentral Desktop and mobile app
Right now the only way you can create a group with outside phone numbers is to do so from the RC portal. I want to be able to create a group in my desktop app, so I can send a text to the group from either of my apps.
