Give us the ability to leave a group SMS, similar to how one can leave an online group chat.

Easy access to all phone recordings from the app
Please add a way for managers and other non admins that have access to phone recordings or analytics to be able to access them from the desktop app. Right now if a manager or supervisor wants to access any of this system they need to know the URL to access it. Where as an admin can get to this information by clicking on their profile picture and clicking Manage account or Clicking Company Settings then Visit Admin Portal.It would be great if anyone that had access to the recordings could get to them directly from app.

RC App New Action Message Option(s) Parody - Allow For Attachment(s) and FONT changes
Currently, when creating a new 1:1 or 1:many message through New Action (+), the app does not allow for the inserting of attachments, nor the manipulation of FONT. You must first send a message to the user, then edit that message to add the attachment or adjust the FONT as required. Parody for our messaging options is important.

Request for Call Queue Visualization Tool
We have faced some inconsistencies with our call queue priorities in the past, and would like to see if it would be possible for a tool to be put into place to give a visualization to the actual placements and priorities of the staff in a rotating call queue; while notating the idle time or current status would be nice, simply seeing where staff are in relation would greatly assist in our reading of statistics and be able to deduce details without requiring direct support.

This is useful for customers that are using the RingCentral App that is embedded in Microsoft Team as it prevents the duplication of the contacts that exist for both RingCentral App and Microsoft 365

Access app features when using desk phone
A feature in which when a call is made on the desk phone`s handset, will still have the capability to utilize the features in RC app such as placing the call on hold, transferring the calls while on an active call

I would love to be able to sync Intuit Quickbooks contacts so that when one of my customers calls/texts their name shows up on caller ID and I could maybe even see their info from Quickbooks.

Separate windows for screen shares and participant camera feeds
While in a RingCentral meeting, our users would like to have shared screens and participant camera feeds in separate windows, so that the screen share can be maximized to full screen on one monitor and the participant camera feeds can be dragged over to a secondary monitor.

Adjust wording within RingCentral Desktop/Web App for setting Voicemail Greeting
Currently, when going into adjust voicemail greetings within the RingCentral Desktop or Web app, the user is given the option to "Record" only with seemingly no option to upload a pre-recorded file etc like they do within Service Web. Clicking on "Record" however does then pop-up a new window where you can record and upload, but is currently very confusing for users from a UI perspective and could be labelled clearer, i.e. "Record/Upload" or "Edit Voicemail Greeting".

Call queue custom rule where people calling the line are automatically put on hold
I want to create a rule where people calling my line are automatically put on hold (not incoming) after hearing our welcome message. I can have multiple callers at a time and can't always answer the call to put them on hold, but I don't want to miss their call. We are a live show.
