Save meeting ID
When joining a meeting ID for a conference room that has the same ID set, it would be useful to be able to select from a recently joined meeting to be able to attend that conference room meeting again without having to type in the meeting ID each time.

RingCentral App Customize Call History
The "All Calls" screen will accumulate weeks and weeks of calls that takes me some time to delete. I wanted to be able to set the "All Calls" screen to only show the last 10 calls, +/-. I do not need volume of calls that accumulate on this screen.

Post message via email directly into a particular task
We currently use the "Post message via email" feature in Conversations/Teams to receive notifications triggered by particular scripts. Works great! It would be nice if we could also make these messages go to particular tasks for better organization. Right now it's conversationid@accountid.mvp.ringcentral.com and it would be nice to also have conversationid+taskid@account_id.mvp.ringcentral.com, for example.

Hi,The customer would like to have a conference call from the call queue members.please find the below verbatim"People dial one number which is associated to RC call group. Several members are contained within. I want all the member's phone numbers to ring simultaneously, but ideally, I want the people to answer one by one, and for their numbers to continue to ring, so that eventually one big telephone conference call forms."

Unified Inbox Custom Filter
Would be nice to set custom default view filters for the unified inbox (aka only view voicemail and texts to keep faxes separate, only view certain shared voicemails, only view voicemail, etc.. I know you can view voicemail under its own tab but you cannot view multiple shared voicemail extentsion at the same time.

Edit individual events within a repeating schedule.
If an event is set to "repeat", ex. weekly or monthly, it would be helpful to have the option to edit the description section (and possibly other details, like the "location") of single events within the series...for example, a weekly meeting that features a different topic each week.

Deletion of Voicemail Messages on the RC App for Voicemail Co-recipients
This could remove the confusion for the co-recipients in confirming if someone already checked the voicemail messages. In addition, reduce the workload for the co-recipients in manually asking the queue owner to delete the voicemail messages.

ipad phone app use Ringcentral app as backend calling facility/Click to dial through Ipad
Wanted functionality whenever anyone makes an outbound call through the Ipad phone app, you have a functionality to choose Ringcentral app as a dialer. Current Ipad air version doesn't show the Ringcentral app as an option within the Ipad's phone app to make calls.

Search Text in Adaptive Cards
We have notifications go into RingCentral from incoming webhooks in form of adaptive cards. They contain text that can be selected and even copied but cannot be searched within the RingCentral app. Would it be possible to update the search function to be able to do this?Thank you!

Ability to auto join and manage a private team
We should have a feature allowing us to join and manage a private team. This is a must for teams without admin or who are inactive.

requiring god-level access for RC Desktop is a security risk
RingCentral for Microsoft Teams1. Minimum of Application Administrator and User Administrator Roles2. Other screen shots in the Admin Guide indicate the service account also needs the Teams Administrator and Privideged Administrator Roles (Both of those are also highly-privileged roles)It seems to be very risky to login an admin with those privileges onto a foreign site. Kinda asking to be hacked - it doesn't matter which foreign site.Surely there must be a less risky method of this? How about going back to v1 where it only needed the individual user's privileges rather then the AD domain admin account.That way worked and…

Notification when someone answered the call from call que
We should have notification on our end if the other user on the call que answered the call so we know that they get the call.

Link to Microsoft SharePoint folders
We would like the ability to insert a link to a Microsoft 365 SharePoint folder in a message to another staff member. Allowing use the ability to quickly open the SharePoint folder and access the file inside for review and approval.

Easy access to all phone recordings from the app
Please add a way for managers and other non admins that have access to phone recordings or analytics to be able to access them from the desktop app. Right now if a manager or supervisor wants to access any of this system they need to know the URL to access it. Where as an admin can get to this information by clicking on their profile picture and clicking Manage account or Clicking Company Settings then Visit Admin Portal.It would be great if anyone that had access to the recordings could get to them directly from app.

RC App New Action Message Option(s) Parody - Allow For Attachment(s) and FONT changes
Currently, when creating a new 1:1 or 1:many message through New Action (+), the app does not allow for the inserting of attachments, nor the manipulation of FONT. You must first send a message to the user, then edit that message to add the attachment or adjust the FONT as required. Parody for our messaging options is important.
