  1. The message panel (Favorites, Direct Message) are still eating up about 1/3 of the app screen even after adjusting it to the narrowest option available. Looking for the ability or option to adjust it more to make it narrower to give more space to the expanded message column.

  7. Show more preview text like in the phone desktop version. I want to be able to read almost all the text before I open it up. We have multiple people monitoring our main phone number and it would be easier to know if a text pertains to that person before they open the text to read it fully.

  9. I work for two companies and they are both using Ring Central. I have two different numbers, one for each company. I would like an easy way (think the way that Microsoft Outlook or Google does this) to swith between accounts so I can call from whichever number is relevant and receive calls from both numbers.

  13. The widget order of appearance is currently divided by when they are added. Adding a new on to the top of thd list requires the user to start over with a clean slate. Dragging the widgets up/down the screen would be ideal

  17. ...egrated telephony.. The Call waiting audio alert currently only works when the existing call is answered from the RingCentral app. However, there are clients who use integrated apps such as Salesforce which has a RingCentral dialer built-in which would benefit from this setting.

The feature in the HUD "Ring when extensions I am monitoring receive incoming calls" states that "If the RingCentral app is your default phone app, you will get call notifications when somebody you are monitoring receives a call.", it will be beneficial for the user that is monitoring the calls to change this notification from just the incoming calls to both inbound and outbound.
