  2. If we can add a feature where in once calls are coming in to a call queue, it will show on the members device/phone if it is a RingCentral number or not.

  3. Right now guest contacts applies to entire account, it would be great to have option to just add it to one extension. Like a toggle that can be turned on for some ext. Some user wants to put a different name or customize the contact and making it apply to all is limiting them to do that.

  5. Currently in RingCentral phone app, contacts are searchable only by First Name, Last Name or Phone number. Contacts should be searchable by any populated field. We would appreciate if contacts were searchable by at least Nickname or a custom ID (example employee number or customer number), I'm sure this will be very helpful for other customers too. RC - Please implement it asap.Others - Please vote and comment. If you have raised a similar idea, please provide reference to that so that RC can merge all ideas and imeplement them.

  7. Often times our teams change and we have to create a new group text, it would be helpful to be able to archive the old text strings so they do not get confused with the current ones on our recent lists.

  9. Feature Request : Call Using F6 Hotkey - For BT Accounts Details : Need to have the feature Call Using F6 Hotkey available on the BT Cloud Work Desktop application. Significance of the feature : Customer claims he had it used it for a day and loved it. It made everything convenient for all the users to dial out. Current behavior : The feature was seen and enabled on the BT Cloud Work Desktop app then its now gone. Brand : BT Business

  13. When on a call in Mac app, it would be useful to have an icon in the status bar at the top showing in call. So if other party hangs up, I would want to know that the call has ended. This is useful when multi-tasking and the RingCentral app is not showing in foreground. I don't want to have to open the app to make sure they hung up.

  16. Multi-site has option to change caller ID for outbound calls however for SMS, it doesn't have option to select SMS ID. It automatic to the Digital line number. It would be better to have this option to strengthen the multi-site settings distinguishing it from the main number or location. Giving us flexibility in selecting the virtual number (serving us main number) on that location as SMS ID when sending out SMS to our clients. Just so they know that's us texting them.Having separate settings such as the change of SMS ID for different location on multi-site settings would be beneficial…

Hi Team,We have been receiving concerns that customers are unable to log in using the Express Link as their email filtering service either on the PC or phone is adding info on the string like https://mimecast.com or https://urldefense.com prior the express link. We would like to submit a request to avoid issues whenever the express links are filtered by email filtering services.
