** FAX ** Show User Direct Dial Number in the fax message transmission result email.
When sending a fax the email notification shows the Company Number plus User extension number, customers would like it to show just the User Direct Dial number as that's where the fax is being sent from.It's very confusing for most users as they believe that they have sent the fax, from the main number and not their direct line prompting them to think the return fax will go to the wrong place.

Please allow configuring Company Numbers and Info on the mobile app. Previous versions used to have this feature and it's really convenient for changing settings remotely or on-the-go for account admins.

Notify all users of received faxes thru desktop application
All incoming faxes are currently emailed to all users at the same time. How do I have the desktop app notify all users at the same time that a fax has come in?

Ignoring a call or sending a call to voicemail should not create a missed call notification
By definition the call shouldn't be considered as a missed call if a user actively interacted with it to either ignore it or send it to voicemail.

Add functionality for other headsets
My company uses a wide variety of headsets, some USB, some Bluetooth. Each headset has various buttons for volume control, answer/hang-up, etc. Why don't these work with the Ring Central app? Why do Only Plantronics and Jabra headsets work? Every other program seems to function with these buttons on random headphones with out issue. Please fix this.

Call history is inaccurate when using RingOut
When a call is placed by using the RingOut feature the Call History shows your own name as the call recipient. I didn't call myself! The Call History should not show my name only... it should show the person I called -- even if I use the RingOut feature. This needs to be changed.We opened a support case to report this issue and were told that the system is working as intended. The system should show the person I called -- it should not show my name. Taking calls while on dnd and also a better conference feature. and more scam protection
. So it auto fills with people to the conferance pro and standards. Lastly you guy still wont add a carrier lookup to each number which is rather troubling. I would like to know what carrier the scammers are using over VOIP lines
