Ability to hide icons Apps, Phone, Text, and Fax on MVP, Mobile app and browser for FinServ Customers with compliance
This is a new customer and they requested these icons be removed like what they did for Messaging. They use Teams and have a Cisco PBX are do not want these icons as they confuse the end users. They will be using RC for Video and Audio conf but wanted the full Ultimate license so at some point they can from Cisco phones to RC. Customized dialpad in desktop app
When using the dialpad in the application, I should never have to leave that window to perform any normal phone based function. Buttons should be intuitive and common functions should never be hidden under a “…” More button. Most users will never use/need the “Video” function on a voice call and yet it is a central button on screen during a voice call, but the “Transfer” function that is very commonly used by most users is buried under “More”. Button to mute phone but not all other notifications
I would love to have a setting to be able to shut myself off from receiving incoming calls but not fully "do not disturb" so I can hear when people message me directly or if there is communications in chats. If we have it on DND now people message me and I can't hear anything, but I just want to silence my phone, not everything else on the app. Thanks!

Voicemail should not be sent/saved if no key was pressed to reduce spam voicemails.
The customer is getting spam voicemails. These are 20 sec of silence voice messages. If the spam calls cannot be blocked, there should be no way for spam call to leave and send voicemail.

Ability to forward calls based on calendared events
We have in person staff meetings roughly every 2 weeks. I have entered these staff meeting into my Google calendar. I would love to be able to make it so whenever I am in these staff meetings, all messages and calls would be forwarded to my adminstative assistant's extension. Is this possible?

Allow multiple instances of the Ring Central Desktop app to be launched
Currently the phone HUD can be popped out to a separate window, but with all of the recent updates to the phone features of the ring app, it would be nice to have the phone section open separately from the messages section. Currently, when attempting to launch two (or more) instances of the Ring Central desktop app, nothing happens.

Add messaging to Chrome add-on
We have just discovered the RingCentral add-on for Chrome and see that weare able to call and text directly through there. We are wondering ifmessaging functionality (like the existing messaging platform through theRingCentral app) will be added in the future - we would love to be able totrim down the number of apps we use. Please let me know if there is a planto implement this.

Fix the Status indicator dot.
When we decided to adopt Ring Central for our company, one of the considerations was the fact that the status indicator could be set to "available" and it would remain that way. Using this we would know that people had logged in and were ready to work. Later after an update, this no longer works. We have no idea if one of our people is available because the damn dot turns itself to "invisible" when ever it wants to seemingly. if this isn't resolved in some fashion as part of the next update, I'm going to begin transitioning our company…

Deletion of Voicemail Messages on the RC App for Voicemail Co-recipients
This could remove the confusion for the co-recipients in confirming if someone already checked the voicemail messages. In addition, reduce the workload for the co-recipients in manually asking the queue owner to delete the voicemail messages.

Management to be able to see the sign in/out times for staff
This is incredibly useful across multiple business/departments. This can be used by management to see the sign in and out times of staff to see when they commence/finish work. This can be a great asset to assist with payroll information also.
