Remove Blocked option from dial pad when making an outbound call.

Need SMS 2 Factor Authentication Capabilities
The SMS feature on the Ring Central App and Destock versions should support receiving 2 factor authentication texts from different sites/carriers/etc. Most login features now require 2FA. In our office currently, my colleagues and I constantly have to get a 2FA from someone else in the office because we have to use our own cell phone line numbers. If one person is busy or unreachable, then we cannot access that account/site/etc. Having this feature available through your SMS service would be incredibly useful and would make office life far more efficient. Please add ASAP.

RC App Minimal View
The RC app is great, but it always wants to go into a large view. I have to constantly change the size of it. It would be great to get a compact view of the entire app so it doesn't not take up the entire screen.

Need MFA for RC App
Need to have MFA for the RC app, because you can do so much from the app and once logged in and clicking links, it takes you to the web portal and logs you in automatically and from there I can access my Admin panel. MFA is required to secure information shared in VM, call logs and etc. We really need MFA on desktop app and mobile.

Ability to turn off the ringer sound of the RingCentral extension in Google Chrome
We have some user complains about the ringer notification sound from RC extension in google chrome. RingCentral support suggested to choose "OFF" as the RC ringtone in RC desktop app or from web interface. Despite that we hear classic phone ring sound when there are incoming phones. we would like to have an option to turn this ringer sound off.

Add an option to the RingCentral app that allows you to open the app minimized.
Pretty straight forward and I can't believe that you didn't think of this idea already. You DO have an option to start the app on Windows startup, but it would be really nice if the app also started MINIMIZED.

In Call Handling be able to choose the call order between desktop/phoneapps as well.
Otherwise your phone and computer begin ringing at once and it is very disturbing. If i can defrentiate between app and deskphone, why not between apps as well?

Sticky Mute Button
Wish the app had a sticky mute feature just like Microsip does. It doesnt turn off mute every call you have to do it manuelly. I would like this feature installed into the app as an option. Also wish it would display the providers name on the app as well for easy tracing. Provider as in which upstream provider the call came from. It would be a great fraud deterrent.

Voicemail setting should show up in desktop app when Voicemail Setting is selected in the Role
Desktop App > Settings > Phone > Voicemail ONLY shows up in the desktop app when Notifications is checked under User Settings in the assigned Role. It would make more sense for this to show up when Voicemail Settings is checked, as we have Notifications disabled on our standard role. This is a much more convenient way for users to edit their voicemail than having to log into the service portal.

when creating a RC App team, display a users "Title" and/or "Department" so that users can be confident they are adding the right person
Use case: A user needs to set up a new team in the RC App with people from various departments. There are sets of employees in the organization that have the same name. i.e. John Smith in Accounting and John Smith in Operations. Problem: There is no way to see a person's title when adding members to a team in the RC App, making it impossible to know if you've selected the right person.Feature request: Add Title and/or Department to the user name section when creating a team, so that users can be confident they are adding the right person.
