Integrate all user numbers to reflect main extension
When we are in our apps individually logged in, it shows that we have missed calls when the call was answered by another team member. This causes issues for our business as we look at missed calls & return them if notified.

Make Mobile Phone App compatible with Blue Tooth Hearing Aids.
My boss has blue tooth hearing aids that are compatible with his iPhone, but the Ring Central App does not recognize the Hearing Aids as a BlueTooth device. Does the App, when working on an iPhone, have blue tooth capability? What blue tooth products, i.e,. AirBuds, BlueTooth Hearing Aids, etc., are campatible with the Ring Central Mobile App?

Able to edit/Add contact of ongoing call
Customer requested to check if we can add a new feature that will add the new contact while they are on the call of the person or customer and add notes using the RingCentral Application.

Include the Title/company name on the missed call layout
The customer check if we can include the company name on the list of missed call information not just the name nad phone number so that it is clean and they can prioritized the outbound schduled depends on the information on the missed calls

Status visible on task bar
It would be helpful if statuses were visible on the task bar. That way, when the application is minimized on my desk top, I can see that I have myself in available or do not disturb. I continually forget to double check my status is available when coming back from lunch or the bathroom at work.

Permanently block the Fax ID
Need to permanently block the FAX ID even if we choose a different number to send out a fax. What is happening now is the fax caller ID settings will only apply to the last phone number being selected on the FAX ID and once we choose another caller ID for sending the fax then the setting from the admin portal will be changed from Blocked to the phone number he chooses to send out the fax

Customer requested for a feature that will allow her to monitor who are being logged in in her RingCentral accounts and should have an ability to log them out if necessary using RingCentral App, Desktop or Web.

Quick contacts access when transfering a call (Desktop and Mobile Apps)
We can add company contacts to our Quick contacts access but when we receive a call and want to transfert it to someone else, we have to search the contact in the global list again. If we could have the possibility to access our Quick Contacts from there, it would save some time as it's when we are on a call that we have to redirect it the fastest way.

Company Name to show when the calls are forwarded to third-party numbers
The customer would like to request an additional feature which is to show the name of their company when someone called their main number or a direct number and forward it to their party number.

DND Reminders
I don't have a physical desk phone and rely solely on the RingCentral Windows app. I typically have other applications running in front of the RingCentral app and since I am only in the RingCentral app a small percentage of my day, often times I forget that DND is on when I return to my desk. It would be nice to have some additional DND reminder options such as:An indicator (i.e. a red dot, or a red line, etc.) on both of the Windows task bar icons (the pinned icon in the task tray and the icon in the notification…

Outbound caller ID be available regardless if assigned to user or not
Customer want a number to to be avaiable to all users even if they are already assign to a specific extension

Even if the calls routed to the IVR and go directly to the voicemail of a user extension, the voicemail email notification should still show the contact name of the caller if its save on their company contact list

Minimized At Startup
This has other ideas already submitted, but they're all old and it still hasn't been added.Most programs with an autostart at boot feature allow the user to set it to open minimized to the tray. This has been a requested feature for years and it still hasn't been implemented, which is a grand disappointment. Although a mere annoyance, I dislike having to wait for RC to load before I can close it to the taskbar every time I log into my computer. Such a basic feature should have been available at launch and it's high time it was added.

Creat multiple contact lists - The ability to create a "Client" contact list.
The ability to create a "Client" contact list in addition to the "Personal" contact list, so client and person contacts are separate. I am surprised since this is a Business Account that this is not an option. Also, each user should be able to create their own personal and client contact list. Thanks

There should be an option as the messages may be required to be archived for compliance reasons.
