Notification on deleting more than 50 voice mail messages
When viewing all voice mail messages you have the ability to select the checkbox in the header to select all voice mail messages. If you have more than 50 voice mail messages and you select them all and click delete, nothing happens and there is no notification that only 50 can be deleted at a time. So the screen remains with all voice mail messages selected and no response on the screen. It would be helpful to inform the end user via a notification that they can only select 50 messages at a time to delete.

Downloading .concepts file through the mobile App
Downloading .concepts file through the mobile AppCustomer can open the file thru the desktop app but not thru the mobile app
Customer tried to Galaxy Tab S+, Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, Galaxy Tab Active4 Pross of the issue attached

When people call in, someone is not available then it goes to voicemail - Then that voicemail have a key presses option.
As per The customer having a key presses option under that voicemail will allow customer to choose if they are on a emergency situation and that key presses will be directed to a 24 hour customer service.

Make rules easier to use
Change the way you enter the date and time within a custom rule. Rather than a scroll wheel and date picker, allow us to manually write the date and time. I think this would save a lot of time when having to apply the rule to more than one call queue. Or, allow a 'super rule' that when turned on applies to multiple call queues of your choosing. Add Titles to Recorded Meetings
Currently when looking at your recorded meetings it titles then "Scheduled Meeting" instead of the Meeting name, or a custom name we can title the recording. Having the recording titled with either the meeting name or allowing a custom name will greatly benefit searching recordings. Currently if we wanted to look at a recording from say last week, we have to look at a few recordings to find the correct one.

Auto Mute using Audio-Proximity/Facial Recognition/Gesture-Sensing for hands-free calls.
The video app can clearly make a distinction between background noise and when a person speaks. Moreover, in video communication, the client can have some AI capabilities that can detect using image processing if someone's lips are moving and indicating they are speaking. Also, gesture sensing is possible like raising hands and indicating interest in speaking. With this in mind having a toggle option between manual mute and auto-mute could be a viable feature. Audio/video Streaming using link for youtube-like video playing
This is something that i have never seen before. Playing youtube videos on presentations is very common these days. Like motivational, leadership, etc, videos. Download option for Meeting and Call Recordings in Mobile App
Since there was no option to share the recording to external contacts, there should be an option to download the Meeting and Call recordings in the mobile app especially if it's your only available device when you need to send it.

Add Controls so Admins can control who has access to what tiles in the app
As an admin we can not currently hid the "Apps" tile. We don't allow our users to download or install applications on their own, we would like the ability to hid this. Admins should have controls on all applications to either prevent access by role or to hid this as a company setting.

Ability to hide icons Apps, Phone, Text, and Fax on MVP, Mobile app and browser for FinServ Customers with compliance
This is a new customer and they requested these icons be removed like what they did for Messaging. They use Teams and have a Cisco PBX are do not want these icons as they confuse the end users. They will be using RC for Video and Audio conf but wanted the full Ultimate license so at some point they can from Cisco phones to RC. Customized dialpad in desktop app
When using the dialpad in the application, I should never have to leave that window to perform any normal phone based function. Buttons should be intuitive and common functions should never be hidden under a “…” More button. Most users will never use/need the “Video” function on a voice call and yet it is a central button on screen during a voice call, but the “Transfer” function that is very commonly used by most users is buried under “More”. Button to mute phone but not all other notifications
I would love to have a setting to be able to shut myself off from receiving incoming calls but not fully "do not disturb" so I can hear when people message me directly or if there is communications in chats. If we have it on DND now people message me and I can't hear anything, but I just want to silence my phone, not everything else on the app. Thanks!

Voicemail should not be sent/saved if no key was pressed to reduce spam voicemails.
The customer is getting spam voicemails. These are 20 sec of silence voice messages. If the spam calls cannot be blocked, there should be no way for spam call to leave and send voicemail.
