As far as I can tell, changing the credentials of any user does not automatically log people out of their RingCentral App. This includes any active logins into their mobile app or home computers.At our business, we sign into our RC apps through Google. When we have to let people go, I'll have to change their credentials through Google Workspace.I didn't realize until today that none of our ex employees get prompted to login after getting kicked out.   8. When we call out to a member to resolve an issue and hang up with them, we need time to follow up on items from the call, but other calls can come in. So there is no delay between outbound call hang ups and inbound calls.

  13. The dial pad should have an option to stay on top of all other windows (stay in the forefront). It is frustrating when you're in a call and doing other things and you have to bring up the dial pad window again to do a prompt or mute/unmute, etc. If there was an option to be able to click to other windows but the dial pad always stayed on top that would be great.   14. Hi folks!Often I look back in my emails to find a particular received fax, and its a huge pain to open each attachment. Would be very helpful to have the first page show in the body of the fax. Doesn't need to be full size either.I had this option at a competitor and I really miss it. Jake

  15. One thing we can no longer do is upload recordings for voicemails. When recording on the Service Portal with a headset, the recording sounds "windy". When using the cell phone the recording is good, but we have to access the portal on the internet. The mobile site is not user friendly.

  17. When viewing all voice mail messages you have the ability to select the checkbox in the header to select all voice mail messages. If you have more than 50 voice mail messages and you select them all and click delete, nothing happens and there is no notification that only 50 can be deleted at a time. So the screen remains with all voice mail messages selected and no response on the screen. It would be helpful to inform the end user via a notification that they can only select 50 messages at a time to delete.

  20. Change the way you enter the date and time within a custom rule. Rather than a scroll wheel and date picker, allow us to manually write the date and time. I think this would save a lot of time when having to apply the rule to more than one call queue. Or, allow a 'super rule' that when turned on applies to multiple call queues of your choosing.
