  2. It would be helpful if statuses were visible on the task bar. That way, when the application is minimized on my desk top, I can see that I have myself in available or do not disturb. I continually forget to double check my status is available when coming back from lunch or the bathroom at work.

  3. Please allow pasting image directly into chat without having to create new notes. Just like Microsoft Teams. Creating new notes is obscuring the clarity of the images.

We use status' to indicate our availability - this is especially beneficial to verify if an employee is working in the office, from home, remote, at a customer, etc etc.However, all outside organizations that I have communicated with can also see this information. It would be beneficial to have a status for individuals outside our organization.

In the RC App on Windows (and the webpage, which is the same thing anyhow), why under 'All voicemail' do some voicemails have:1) The delete 'garbage can' icon is the second icon?2) The delete icon is the THIRD icon?3) The delete icon is literally behind the 'three dots'4) the 'Mark as Read' icon is ALWAYS behind 'three dots'.Nearly every voicemail is desireable to process either as a DELETE or MARK AS READ since it's already transcribed, and we're clearing things out.   8. within RCCC when an agent makes an outbound call through the MAX directory the number shows within the supervisor application not the name the agent has chosen to dial. Cruise would like supervisors to see that name of the organisation the agents are calling from the directory

  11. We often have the need in our system for end users to send their missed calls to voice mail of others on our system. For example a Director wants to send missed calls that go to voice mail to the Admin Assistant in their office. The Admin Assistant then receives voice mail in the RingCentral App for both their own calls and the Director's calls. The issue is that the App doesn't identify if the voice mail is then for the Admin Assistant or the Director, no identifier is left. It would be helpful to add the full number called…

  14. The RingCentral App is very rich in settings.It would be great to have a "Reset settings to default" option to help in scenarios where users have changed many settings to the extent they cannot remember what changes were made and why the app is no longer working as it should.

I would like to suggest to the developer to carry over the feature from the old app for the host of the call to be able to disconnect other people on the other line when we are on a conference or merged call especially when we are 3 people on the line and we are done talking to one person and wanted to disconnect that line.
