Please add a feature to automatically disable or complete the automatic call recording for audio call when switching to video call using RingCentral appCurrently, if the automatic call recording feature is enabled on the user and he wish to switch the audio call to video call, it doesn't work unless they will end the call.

  3. Aside from voicemail option, please add a transfer button on the RC APP DIALLER pop up when a call comes in. Right now the transfer feature will only comes when the call has been answered already. Customer want the ability to transfer the incoming call right away when the dialer pops up / as the phone is still ringing.

  4. In freight sales we have to log #s with offers. If I miss the # while on the call, im forced to refresh until the number appears which wastes valuable time I can be answering other lines.

  5. As a home health provider, we do a lot of faxing to doctors. We have many doctors who work out of the same clinic, so they share the same fax #. If I send a fax to "Barry Bond MD" at fax # (810) 620-8113 from the RingCentral Desktop App, the fax cover letter will default to send the fax to the first alphabetical contact that shares the same fax number, instead of putting the contact name on the cover letter of the contact that I selected.   6. My business uses Ring Central to take inbound calls from over 100 small businesses nation wide. When we need to outbound call the clients back, I have the daunting task of scrolling through a list of over 100 possible 'call from' numbers in the drop down to represent the number the client called initially. I notice the list of 'call from' numbers is sorted numerically, which is not very helpful. I'd like them to be sorted alphabetically by the name I've given them. How can I do that?   8. The current situation is dangerous if you receive a call in the car. You get a half baked connection to an unknown caller which you can only get rid of by fiddling with your phone. Currently if a user is given permission to select what outbound CLI they want to present on an outbound call they have complete visibility of every CLI that is configured on the platform and can select any CLI.Within our RingCentral instance we have hundreds of CLI's allocated so being able to select the required outbound CLI is clumsy, prone to human error and not quick due to the volume of numbers we have.   12. We came from Mitel to Ring. We need the option to park a call on an extension without a virtual number. We had previously with Mitel the ability to park a call on an extension directly so the very next call they picked up would be this call and we were able to annouce the call being parked as well. Can this be an option with Ring please?

  15. Every time a user parks a call, the entire office gets notified. This is confusing as it implies that the call is parked for them to pick up. Users do not need to be notified when a call is parked.

  16. If I'm not using the RingCentral dialer, and initiate a call outside of the app, the caller ID used to make the call is the default one. There's no way to change this on the fly. There are many times when I want to use My individual caller ID as opposed to my company caller ID, or vice versa. If the calls being initiated from outside the app, it's not possible to modify this.

    What I think would be a great option, would be to have a setting toggle for prompt for caller ID each time a call is placed.…

It would be ideal to have the ability to try to warm transfer to multiple people without having to take the customer off hold with each person you try.Right now, if i need to warm transfer on the mobile app to someone in my sales team but they are unable to take the call, I have to take the customer off hold and then start the transferring process again. It would be great if it would be possible to have quick-recall call forwarding profiles to allow calls to my extension to behave differently when activated (in addition to the existing availability states). Say, I want a quick recall button for "I'm at a conference" which would quickly change the forwarding rules to go straight to another coworker in that situation, and then being able to quickly change that to another setting, say, "Desk phone only" which doesn't call forward to anyone else and does not allow calls through to the Ringcentral app. I know this can all be done…

  19. We have 'Allow users in your email domain to sign up on their own' set to No in our Administrative settings and it works well for the primary domain.
