  1. Shared Status directly shown in the HUD

    Last 10 years we used xphone with the teampanel. (its like the HUD of RingCentral). It would be a great improvement if the shared status shown in the HUD directly.

  3. Change outgoing Caller ID on the fly when call is initiated outside the app

    If I'm not using the RingCentral dialer, and initiate a call outside of the app, the caller ID used to make the call is the default one. There's no way to change this on the fly. There are many times when I want to use My individual caller ID as opposed to my company caller ID, or vice versa. If the calls being initiated from outside the app, it's not possible to modify this.

    What I think would be a great option, would be to have a setting toggle for prompt for caller ID each time a call is placed.…

  4. Call transfer on mobile

    It would be ideal to have the ability to try to warm transfer to multiple people without having to take the customer off hold with each person you try.Right now, if i need to warm transfer on the mobile app to someone in my sales team but they are unable to take the call, I have to take the customer off hold and then start the transferring process again. It is not a seamless transfer for the customer or the person trying to transfer the call. The customer should be on the hold the whole time until you can successfully…

  5. An ability to create call forwarding profiles that can be recalled based on scenarios

    It would be great if it would be possible to have quick-recall call forwarding profiles to allow calls to my extension to behave differently when activated (in addition to the existing availability states). Say, I want a quick recall button for "I'm at a conference" which would quickly change the forwarding rules to go straight to another coworker in that situation, and then being able to quickly change that to another setting, say, "Desk phone only" which doesn't call forward to anyone else and does not allow calls through to the Ringcentral app. I know this can all be done…

  6. Prevent incoming calls when on a video call or meeting

    I have it set to put me in Do Not Disturb automatically, but without fail when I'm on a video call and recording it, the phone rings from some spam call. Please make it so that when on a video call/meeting phone calls can be sent direct to voicemail

  7. Allow multiple domains to be restricted from signing up on their own.

    We have 'Allow users in your email domain to sign up on their own' set to No in our Administrative settings and it works well for the primary domain. The problem is we have another part of our organization under a different domain that also uses RC and I can't restrict that domain from signing up on their own, so sometimes they do.What happened recently is that we have a corporate email under this 2nd domain that's been invited as a Guest user, and I can't manage the account.   8. RingCentral Meetings app: Add support for Linux Mint

    Linux Mint is not currently supported per Customer support. Linux Mint is based on Ubuntu, and is a very popular distribution. Please add support for Linux Mint Cinnamon.

  9. the option to change call log reports file format

    currently call log reports are emailed only in zip format, we do not accept zip files, they are held for security reasons. Would be nice to have the option to change the file format sent via email to .pdf or .csv instead.

  10. Ending one call in a 3-party call

    When I am on a call then add another party to the call, I am unable to hang up with just one of the parties. This is incredibly irritating. For example, I was on a call today with a colleague who was shadowing me. Each time I made a call to a client, I needed to hang up both calls, including the call with my colleague, then call him back. This needed to happen about 7 or 8 times within one hour.   11. Include incoming number on iOS income-call screen

    On incoming calls via the iOS app, all that shows is the "Caller ID" name. A lot of the time, that name is simply the name of a city that the area code is from. The phone number itself is not shown. It would be very useful to see the phone number as well to determine who is calling, especially when the Caller ID is unhelpful.

  12. RC App Connected Contacts to include All Contacts folders

    Now that we are trying to move fully to only the RC App on all devices including Mobile, Web, and desktops, all our Contacts are in a Microsoft account - so we use the "Connect to Microsoft" setting in the RC app, BUT it is only connecting to contacts in our Microsoft Contacts Default folder, not any of our other Contacts folders.We manage several Contacts folders to enable finding/browsing them easier on all our devices (mobile/tablet/computers) and also for sharing only specific contacts with other users. The RC App is not allowing us to connect to these other non-default folders…

  13. RingCentral for Outlook on MAC Devices

    Hi Team, one of our valued customer's Ms. Marrian and her colleague needs to have their Microsoft Outlook be connected or integrated to their RingCentral application so that they can seamlessly utilize RC Services using their outlook.   14. Additional Out of office/Vacation Voicemail recording

    Currently we are only able to have a "during business hours" and "after hours" voicemail recordings and if we ever go out of office, we have to record over what we currently have. It would be really nice to have a third option for "out of office/vacation" so that we can just turn on that voicemail instead of always having to rerecord when we get back from vacation.

  16. Google Voice - Calls started from this device's phone app.

    Under the settings on Google Voice App. there is the option for Calls started from this device's phone app, allowing the user to use their Google Voice number when calling from their device's Native phone app. It allows the user to use their Google Voice number for all calls, never, or ask user before each call initiated from the user's native phone app.This would also be great if you could implement this same option into the user's native SMS app as well.

  17. Turn off all tabs in MVP app, except for Video.

    Customer is using the MS Teams Direct Routing integration (UC). They have expressed the need to have 1 streamlined platform instead of having their users on multiple platforms and products doing the same things. They would like to have their users to perform all of their IB/OB calling and internal messaging through MS Teams. However they do have a need for some of their users to utilize RCV.   18. Using an app on another device should cancel cell phone notifications

    My cell phone rings when I get a call even when I'm actively using my computer and when I answer a text on the computer, the push notification remains in the notification list on my phone. I would like for my phone to only be used for notifications if I've been idle on my computer for a while (and the idle time should be customizable) and for the push notifications to be automatically removed once I've seen them on my computer.

  20. have multiple extension texts show on 1 text app

    my company has different divisions, i am the contact for 2 of them, i would like to be able to receive my text messages through one ring central app. right now, at night, i miss the texts from one of the extensions.
