  1. It would be very useful to be able to hide unused text message chains. There wouldn't be a need to cancel, but having the ability to hide or close out texts until we receive a response will help clean up the window. I would love to be able to only see my texts that need to be addressed, rather than the entire list.

  2. RingCentral should allow users to manually select "busy" to reflect a red dot. This will allow for more flexibility and will provide users the freedom to be unavailable for periods of time throughout the workday. While the feature is automatic with an answered phone call, many users utilize RingCentral with their business organizations on a daily basis for personal messaging and document sharing. It would be great to have this feature available with more ease.

  6. This would be useful as it will allow our sales team to immediatly recognise the people calling them. Effectively in a similar way to how you can add users on the service web but instead allow a csv of client names and numbers to be added to the ring central app to allow easy updating of client names within the app.

  8. Customer is requesting on remving the App gallery or Apps with puzzle icon on the ATT Office at Hand Desktop APP.They on't want the users to access it and don't want it to show on the application

  9. Sometimes a meeting goes long, and even though everyone is still in a RingCentral Video meeting, they will turn green signifying to the rest of the company they are done. It would be awesome if the meeting owner or someone could extend the meeting from within RingCentral, or if RingCentral checked if participants are still in a RingCentral Video call before switching back to "Available".

  10. My colleagues receive my emails, meaning they are able to see the texts that RingCentral forwards to my email (in case I'm unavailable or out of the office). The problem with this, is that they only show the person's phone number, and not the contact name in the email. If one of my colleagues wants to email that person back because I am out of the office, they have to manually search through contacts to see who texted me, even though that person is in my contacts.   11. Allow the user the ability to mute or change the volume for RC App, whilst in a RCV meeting so that the notification sound does not disturb the meeting. Similar to auto Do Not Disturb when screen sharing in a meeting, but not complete DND, only allow the volume or type to be changed when not screen sharing

  12. This would allow for more automatic integration between Microsoft Apps and Avaya. These would be for things like posting in chats/teams or creating Tasks, Events, and Meetings depending on data received from another source (a new email, data from a list, A button being pressed in a Power App etc.). This would allow more integration and build more reasons to use Ring Central Apps when already setup in the Microsoft Space

  15. Bail bond agents bail software. Clients are sent a text message with a link to make a payment with their Credit Card. And agree to payment similar to a Credit Card Authorization form, Client recives a link to make a payment for their Bail Bond. Software is Captira

  16. When sending a fax, although there are the fields of To, Company & Phone No., there appears to be no way to add that informaiton of the Fax Coversheet. Yet it asks for the fax number and which coversheet you want to use, along with being able to add a note, but nowhere does it allow you to add the recepient's name, company name or phone number you are sending the fax to, or the company name or phone number. I find that so odd since the To and Company are primary in any fax coversheet.

When me or one another OR multiple team members are having a voice call - To add/switch to Screen Share is very very very cumbersome and frustrating.It sends a message to the other users to join a meeting while I am already logged onto the meeting automatically (which is good), others have no clue or have to dig through their messages to find the message.   20. When a user create a folder to house multiple teams I would like to see functionality added to mark unread chat messages across multiple/all teams under that folder as read simultaneously. This would be useful to customer users who are members of many teams, have organized those teams in folders, but would like to clear the indicator number of unread messages in that folder quickly. Ideally this function would be added to folder's options which are currently only Edit Folder and Delete Folder.
