Ability to customize the dial pad size
The most current version of the RC App (22.1.31.106750) has shrunk the dial pad to about half of it's normal size. This makes it difficult to dial out or read the keypad. The recommendation is a setting that allows you to adjust the size of the dial pad based on the individual user's current need.

Show called # when inbound call comes in
It will be useful to show the called # when an inbound call comes in. I have 2 businesses and 1 business uses my company main and RC support and I have managed to amend settings to allow the called # to show when a call comes in. However we have been unable to show the called # for the 2nd telephone # I have. This is important since I need to know which business the inbound call relates to so that I know how to answer the phone.

Custom/moving emojis
Used in the messaging feature, it's an excellent way to incorporate personal company logos and to make the agents more interactive. Moving from a different platform this was one feature that we enjoyed for motivation. Add emoji then you upload a gif or png and it will make it transparent to use on a black or white background. Simple to add and brings a lot of fun. Thank you

Show Status in Dial pad
When I am searching for another user in the Dial pad it currently just brings them up and all i can do is click the name to call. It would be nice if we could see the status, so if the person is already on the phone or offline we know before initiating a call with them.

Please allow for a notes section under voicemails AND return the text button on the web app under Voicemail.
With multiple users it would be very helpful to be able to make a note if a VM was replied to. And I would like to see the Text option returned to the Voicemail section as now we have to take extra steps to text back someone via desktop.

Play a chime when the call ends
When a call drops, I have no idea because there is no chime to let me know. Also when the other party hangs up, I would like to know that the call has ended. This feature exists in competing products (for example Microsoft Teams). Thank you.

Attach Audio File to voice-to-text notification email
The voice-to-text transcription is not perfectly reliable as it is, and it would be easier to share voicemails among coworkers if there wasn't the additional step of having to download the .wav file and attaching it to an email. If that .wav file were attached to the notification email, it would be an improvement.

RingCentral Mobile & Desktop App: Generate Diagnostic Bundle/Data for Admin
It would be great to see an option in the RingCentral App for users to generate a diagnostic bundle that they can then email/send to an admin.The diagnostic data would contain pertinent information relating to the App and environment to help with troubleshooting issues e.g.App VersionApp PermissionsUser logged in details e.g. extention, DDINetwork settings quality test dataOperating System / PlatformApp SettingsApp logs (if any)Note the network settings and quality tests are of particular value. As often issues found appear to be network related.

Text to Speech to Overhead Paging via RingCentral App
Have the ability to type out a message in the RingCentral app, and send that message to a RingCentral Overhead paging group. The message would be converted from text to speech. This would be helpful in our retail environment in two main situations: 1) when additional help is needed out front. We could discreetly type out the message "customer service needed out front" and page the message to the back without having stop working with the current customer. 2) If the front customer service person is on the phone and someone walks in, we need to alert assistance is needed…

Admins need to control RingCentral app settings
Instead of trusting all employees who are RingCentral app users to set their own app settings appropriately, administrators need to be able to control those settings through the Admin Portal.

Filter on phone app
On the RC Phone app when you want to find someone in the directory listing of the HUD, it doesn't filter as you type.If they are on a call and click the park line, all they get is a single file list of all employees and park locations which they have to scroll through without the ability to search/filter. That's a horrible experience. Please implement this asap.

Option to get a message that the number is invalid or disconnected instead of getting only a busy tone
By having this feature it would allow the users to identify if the number is just busy or not working anymore

Presence Indicator Dot Should Show Inactive ONLY after 15 min on the Mobile App just like the Desktop App
Many employees in the modern workforce are traveling or moving around working on their Mobile but STILL want their team to know they are ONLINE / Available to be reached. Currently if you are working on the RC MOBILE APP, if you simply move to a different app (like taking a call or email) if instantly shows your Presence dot as Offline: A gray dot. Enable SMS from 1 designated phone number
I would like to see the option to make all users/extensions being capable of sending text/sms from the same designated phone number. Example main company line and not just the admin. Don't want to have to give out my log in and password credentials.

I manage 3 different Ring Central phone numbers. Would you folks make the phone number that is active inside my desktop phone application Highly Visible at all times when I am in the desktop application? Maybe in the blue ribbon at the top.

Improve detection of "default" audio device.
Allow users to configure an exclusion of certain audio or video devices or even more desirable, allow to us to configure if a certain device is present automatically set it as my audio and video device. Also it would be great if the selection within one function of the desktop app applied on all functions (i.e. if I set the audio/video device in a RCM session, also apply that to my 'phone' settings.The biggest win would be to autodetect that a preferred audio device is present and automatically put as the device for all functions in the app.Where this can…
