Name Recording in Directory
Where would an end user go to audibly record their name for use in the system directory. I can find a setting for this within service.ringcentral.com, but cannot at app.ringcentral.com. It is my assumption that we want the end user going to app.ringcentral.com rather than service.ringcentral.com. It seems counter-intuitive to direct them to another site for this setting.

Allow FaceID (biometrics) for entering MAM PIN on mobile app
Our other MAM managed apps allow FaceID/fingerprint to be used to enter MAM PIN to unlock app. Please add this functionality to RingCentral for Intune.

Support the new Yealink WH64 DECT Headset series as listed recommended headsets for RingCentral application
It's not listed as recommended headset to use with their RingCentral application and they wanted to know when this model to be compatible with RingCentral application. Their Yealink WH64 model is not allowing the user to answer the call using this model and it's not compatible to use with their RingCentral application

Suggest a "go back to previous conversation" button, to return to a previous conversation
Within the desktop and mobile messaging application, having a "back" button would allow users to easily navigate between typing in a conversation and returning to a separate conversation, after researching/referencing/etc.
Since the mobile app keeps newest messages at the top it is easy to navigate if a message has been made, but what if you've been searching for information from a previous conversation in order to speak with a new contact? you may wish to reference or return to the conversation. Rather than searching again, having a navigational "previous message" (and/or "next message") would facilitate the process and speed up…

Call Pickup Group Visual Pop-up for Interception
In the case of using a Call Pickup Group, we would like to have a popup on the softphone application (Avaya Cloud Office) allowing us to intercept a call from a colleague within the same group. This popup or notification would appear after the time specified in the Call Pickup Group configuration, and would allow us to intercept the call or reject the interception. Currently, the only way to intercept a call is by going to the 'Supervision' menu, but this is not very user-friendly.

Holiday Schedule
I simply want to create one schedule for our main company lines that includes holidays, have all company numbers subject to that schedule, AND route calls from specific numbers to the appropriate departments during open office hours. Without having to set up multiple holiday schedules for each queue.

Option to modify / Correct AI Transcription.
"Transcriptions are mediocre, at best. Still have to type the call details out for a call because of the number of errors. Would be helpful to be able to correct the transcripts to help the AI "learn" or to enter non-standard or industry terms into a database for the software to choose from to help improve quality. "
