Should be able to see Edit history of messages
AS we can see there is no way a chance to see the history of messages which got edited after delivery using Ring central appif a person A speaks with person Bthen A says "ABCD"and B sees "ABCD"then after 1 hr or 2 hr's A changes the message using edit option as "XYZ" and then once if B comes back he sees "XYZ" instead of abcdand there is no way a track on the changed messages this can happen several times and leaves a impression that this leaves a wrong communication so it would be good if you provide nay…

Check Network Connectivity Through the App
RC features requires an extensive list of servers that the endpoint need to be able to reach to work properly. It would be easier to troubleshoot network connectivity related problems if there was an inbuilt connectivity status check tool or a separate app which we could download to check on the end users device. It would be easier than checking each IP individually for possible restrictions in the gateway device or the device itself.

In RC app/Glip, allow converting one-on-one conversations to Team (or some other archive option)
When a user is removed from Ringcentral, all Glip group or one-on-one conversations with that user are lost. With groups, you can convert them to a Team prior to deleting the user to conserve the conversation, but you can't do this with one-on-one conversations. It would be helpful to have the same ability to convert a one-on-one conversation to a team (or some other archive method), to preserve the conversation, as there are often important details, links and files that will be lost otherwise, once the user is removed from RingCentral.

Warn before closing RingCentral Desktop app
As a company we want the RC app open on everyone's desktop to allow for chat and collaboration. People that like to use one app at a time and close it (often full-screen app users) may accidentally close the app and disconnect themselves from RC. When you close the app, it should give a popup that says "Did you mean to QUIT RingCentral?" and have two buttons: Quite, and Minimize.

Remove Message Tab Completely for Specific Users
Retail/Hospitality customers need the ability to remove message completely for small number of users but have enabled for the greater account. Currently there is not a way to support this as the custom role will remove messaging completely at the account level. This prohibits adoption for the greater team and pushes customers to use alternate messaging products. This applies to both Mobile App (some use IPADs) as well as the Desktop App.

Add a passcode feature to the app itself
If others use the home computer that I use (I am a therapist who works from home), it would be great to have a passcode for the app itself so even if others can access the computer, they can't access the app.

When active on the desktop, mobile phone should not ring, without having to sign out
When we are logged into the desktop app, the mobile app should automatically sense the desktop being used, and then calls do not ring through to the mobile app.

Scalable to Space and Beyond; Personalizable with Python
Integrate with larger enterprises that are moving us into new spaces, like SpaceX, and create a customizable version for those new spaces (i.e., Ring is innovating and smoothing the web and work spaces with VOIP and messengers, Tesla is innovating the roadspace, and SpaceX is, well, innovating into space). Make my status visible to me
I continually forget that I added a custom status like "available on cell only" or even Out of Office. I can't see my status unless I go up to check it.It would be great if that share status messaging was just there like the dot color is.

Toggle desktop app only from on/off for the user's call forwading.
To have an option from the call forwarding of each users to toggle on/off the desktop app so they can have an option to get incoming calls either from RC Phone app only or from desktop app only.

Adding a Direct Message (or set of Team Emails) using+ and entering email(s)
Sometimes we need to create a conversation between two or more people. Often, you can just cut and paste the email and click enter. The contact will then be added to the list of email(s) you wish to connect with (to intiate a discussion). This is the same for a direct message or group or team.The issue:Often a cut and paste will include mailto:abc@company.com.RC App will hate the "mailto:" prefix and consider it a bad email. Is it possible to simply trim/ignore the prefix automatically upon validation?

...ferent members of the firm. Becuse currently the export shows nothing - it only shows what the individuals enaged in and doesn't tell us who is saying what. it's useless for future employment related issues.

Yes/no emoji
Emoji are cool but a simple yes/no in professionnal context will help to confirm or answer quickly a question. It could also be used as informal survey.

Folder with option for sub folder
So the folder would be called "Minor Toolbox" then the sub folders would be like "addiction" and in that subfolder would be documents like worksheets that a caseworker could download and use with the youth they work with
