POP UP SCREEN WITH NEW MESSAGE/FAX ETC
We use to be with 8x8 (no we are never going back) but I did like that if I received a message that it popped to the front of the screen. I see it can do this for a phone call but not a message.

Different contact numbers for different tier support
Ring Central should seperate different tier supports. Cases that were transferred to Tier2 supports should communicate with Tier2 support. It is very time comsuming if your case is handled by tier2 support then answered by Tier1 then will be transferred.

CREATING EVENTS; YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO CLICK THE TIME AND IT COMES TO THAT SPECIFIC DATE
Would make life easier if you could press the time in the events and it make the event on the same time and date like it used to be.As well as to show the actual day ex. Monday, Tuesday while looking at day to day Calender.

Time and date stamp at a glance for text messages
If i'm searching for a text from today, for example, and i've sent 20 messages, I can see the dates rather than selecting each text to see the date.

Draft option in Fax
allows the option to set a draft to a fax that will be sent later to allow the option to edit out some information

Add an option to disable the 911 warning
The Desktop App prompts our user multiple times per day to warn them about 911 even though they have addresses configured. Can we get an option to disable the warning or at least snooze it for X number of days? Support is telling me that this is a FEATURE not a BUG.

Hide Main Company Number on Multi-Site Accounts
We have a RingCentral account that has many daughter companies under one account. Each daughter company has its own main number, but the softphone will show the parent organization's account number as the "Main Company Number". I can only assume that other accounts are in the same predicament, uncommon though it may be. We would like the ability to choose what sites can see the different company numbers, choose to only show a user the phone numbers assigned to their site, or at the least hide the Main Company Number from the users.

I need to send a Text message from a group/team
We have a group of Guest Experience Liaisons. When sending Text messages to our Guests, we want the text message to come from the group/team rather than an individual so that when the guest responds, the message appears for the entire group and not just the individual who sent to text message.

Report robot calls and scams button
When using the RingCentral desktop app. (And mobile app would be nice) I would like to be able to flag a call from the call history that is a suspected robot or is clearly a scam. (Perhaps this is two different buttons) I get a lot of calls that hang up when I answer or leave blank voice messages. I am tired of manually writing down the time and number of the call to submit to RingCentral to research. Of which they just say "The caller hung up". Ringcentral Suggestions For Improvement
Emergency address is asked to be confirmed every time I first open theapp for the day or I am signed out and have to sign back in. Sticky “On”
You should not have to keep the app up AND YOUR PHONE SCREEN ON for 10 hours a day in order for you to continue to show as Available during working hours. Who has the battery life for that? As soon as you put your phone down and click the screen dark, you go to Invisible or Unavailable or some nonsense. What good is that? Of course you’re not unavailable: as soon as you get pinged, you get a notification.

Business Ring Central App does not block calls or text from the app . WHY?
If I terminate someone, get spam, sms etc. I cannot block their calls or text from this app. This is a big deal.

Monitoring Impromptu Conference Calls
We have several users that have impromptu conference calls. They are requesting the ability to see who is on the call and then have the ability to drop callers as their part of the call is over. Currently, to insure that a caller that should not be privy to additional details, they have to drop the entire call and then start a new conference call with the smaller group.

Remove Hard Phone Requirement for Overflow/Backup Reception Coverage and Remote Work Needs
Call Queue/custom rule features do not work when a user does not have a hard/desk phone assigned to their account. Reception backup users are unable to take calls on the mobile app or via soft phone unless they have a desk phone. This is a waste of resources: money and materials for an unnecessary device.

Show image preview before comment is sent
So many times I've pasted what I think is the image I want to share, only to find out AFTER POSTING that it's the wrong image. This can be embarrassing or a security breach. Please rather than simply showing the name of the file, also show a preview of the image that will be sent to the recipients.

Allow adding and editing Notes/Tasks in a separate window
For longer and more complex notes it becomes an issue that to read or change a note that it covers the entirety of the desktop app.Allowing it to pop out to a separate window would allow users to reference information sent in messages more easily as well as check and respond to incoming messages without having to save and close the note frequently or work with other text editing apps as intermediaries between RingCentral messages and RingCentral notes.

Conversations with terminated employees need to remain available to view and/or convert to team
When colleagues leave the company, any direct messages with them and/or with other people disappears from the left panel in the desktop app. The only way to find it is to search for a keyword in the conversation and then open that conversation from search results. This is very tedious to do each time we need to refer to it. I've tried to convert it to a team but that option is not present on conversations with terminated employees.
