  1. There should be option where when number is assigned to user, he should be able to view and use only assigned number, not have list of all numbers that are there on the main account.

  2. The mobile app has it's current contact page show company contacts with their emails for the accounts. I don't see this as very useful as we use other apps to manage emails and would much rather have the direct number shown there instead. I understand that it is shown if you tap on the contact. I would like to be able to see the direct number or at the very least be able to choose what info is shown for each contact so I can edit it to my liking.

  4. Customer should have an option to choose monthly subscription online. Preventing the system from locking into annual FAX plan and charging their card in one full year in advance.

  6. I need to be able to train agency staff on the use of RC app and troubleshoot as problems arise. It is very challenging now, due to the fact that when you share your screen when in an RC app meeting you are unable to actually share the RC app itself. Therefore the meeting participants cannot see what I am doing.

  8. Currently we are using the Salesforce RC plugin only. Not supporting lookup fields in the RC component means we have been unable to add all of our required fields into the RC component; this results in the user needing to access the Salesforce task after a call to update certain fields - we are now seeing this causing errors when the call recording link is then added to the Salesforce task whilst the user is editing it. This is resulting in data loss and lost time to our end user as they have to re-input everything

If your employer has a list of contacts they use for a job and you want to have access to those same contacts Gmail allows you to "share" them between accounts so that any instant updates to the contact list will be shared between all that have access to it. This allows for a clean list of contacts for the employee and employer but RingCentral does not recognize this. This causes RingCentral to not stay updated with contacts while the rest of us are. It would be nice to allow all programs to see the same list of contacts

  12. I'd like to know if there is a link I can access directly to easily find the contact history of a client. This would be a huge support for our workflow.For example:app.ringcentral.com/contact/8183368339would ideally show the texting history, call logs, voicemails of that number....The link should ideally include the number, that way I can create a formula on my spreadsheets to search and open any number with just one click of a link

  13. The RingCentral Phone app has a button where you can start an Audio Conference. It would be very useful if this button/feature were added to the RingCentral Unified app.It would also be useful to be able to manage the Audio Conference directly from the RingCentral Unified App. The admin can control the audio conference by being able to mute the callers or disconnect the caller from within the app.Would also be great if you can transfer a call into a audio conference as well and then add additional calls into the audio conference.

  14. You can create a meeting in Google Calendar with the RC app but being able to use the RC app as the primary tool for collaboration would be great and viewing Google Calendar would be essential for this.

There was an upgrade made by Ring Central and now the Ring Central mobile app has an issue because the operating system on her iphone (which is newer) isn't interfacing with the Ring Central app anymore. What this means is the voice-over feature isn't highlighting where the cursor is on the app anymore so my co worker can't use her mobile phone to receive or send calls through Ring Central anymore. This feature was working before the update was made and now the app is not accessible.

  19. Can we have the option to set up a user without a license or digital line to be able to monitor calls? The user does not need to make and receive calls. The sole purpose is to just monitor calls of other users.

  20. Please add the Conversation Stream feature from the "classic" ring central app into the new ring central app so that all of your team and direct messages are sorted in 1 list (instead of being separated into a list of direct messages and a list of teams)
