RC Audio Attachments - make a way to listen from RC
RC Classic gave you the option to listen to an audio file right from RC. With the new update we are having to download the file before listening. With our company using audio files a lot this is making it more time consuming for us to have to download the file first.

Dedicated Fax button on sidebar, so can go from adding contact to sending a fax without extra clicks
Once you add a contact, you need to click fax on the sidebar to be able to generate a new fax. There should be a + on the sidebar to be able to fax from any of the sidebar options

Allow Call Answer | Ignore | Send to VM from Notification of RC App
This functionality is missing from the full RC App that the RC Phone for Desktop App has. It is vital for those who work in the Remote Desktop environment to easily access these functions. Currently, the notification does not allow interaction and we are required to minimize the RD to get to the app and answer the call.

Add the ability to pin a banner image and message on the top of a Glip team.

Update Presence Status to show when online and not just within the app
Allowing the status to show when online and not just within the app will provide full insight into employees/coworkers actual availability which was a feature that was extremely useful in Skype. Currently just showing when someone is within the app is misleading as to when colleagues are actually online and available.

Mobile app contact presence should be unified and consistent across all apps
There is a different experience in contact presence in each app. The mobile app shows a colored symbol when you search for and select a user or a persistent status shows if you have a conversation started or when you add to quick contacts. It would be useful if company contact list showed all contact presence. The office 365 Chrome extension is a good example of what the presence list should look like in all apps.

Messaging: Convert User to Guest
Example: a user leaves a company but they want to retain their conversation history and still have the ability to communicate with other agents in their former company. Looking for a way for admins to convert users from agents to guests. This would allow the user extension to be deleted from the account but not delete the users history and still allow them to use the product with just Guest features.

Move time stamp so it is not hidden under the emoji menu
When I hover over a message the time stamp is covered up on app when using PC. This makes it difficult to find messages at particular date/time when scrolling through a filtered search.

Manage Meetings from within RC App without linking to Calendar
It would be helpful to be able to manage meetings after they've been created from within the RC App. Once created there's no way to get back to them to change or cancel. There's also no way to see a list of upcoming meetings in the App.It can be done in the RC Meetings App but not the Unified RC Desktop App. Since the RC Desktop App is supposed to be the consolidated place to do everything I would think this should be added to it, especially if the separate apps are going to be phased out next year.

Automatically delete the email address after deleting the extension for promotional items or marketing
Deleting extensions does not seem to delete the email address on the marketing automation database which is causing issues with the users email server.

Monitoring RC Chat Messages for Human Resources and Security
Hello as an RC Admin for my Org I have been approached about Monitoring RC Chat Messages for Human Resources and Security. We would like the capability to see what is being said over chat from all users within our organization (in real time). I have called RC Tech Support and they assured me this is not a current feature so I would like to suggest this as one.

Add call queues to Ring Central app company contacts.
In the company contacts list in the Ring Central Desktop app, you can only see users, you need to be able to see & call your company call queues from this app, just like you can in the other RC apps.
