Ring Central App on Computers Circle with Initials
Hello - in the app on the computer in the message section my circle with my initials was Red and my business partner was green. Then one day the app made us both blue. I called to have it changed back and they said the system generates the colors and they can't be changed. Our conversations now are very hard to read through as we both now show in blue so we have to pay attention to what they initials are. It may sound trivial, but it is a pain now.

Would like to have an Enter button on compose message that they Press instead of just pressing Enter to send message or option to turn the press Enter for sending message

Show Call From number in RingCentral App
The Ring Central Phone would show the Call From number during the call. This was a great feature for when you would leave a voicemail you can provide the correct callback number. especially if you have multiple lines. however the phone app is being discontinued. I would like this feature moved into the new Ring Central App. Currently the App will sow the Call From number before the call starts (so you can change to a different number if you need). but as soon as you make the call it disappears.

Parked Call Glip Message vs. Text
The pre-formatted message that comes up when you park a call in the desktop app is great! But it sends a text message. Our users are using Glip. Possible to give an option to copy text to a Glip instead?

Display the destination number of inbound SMS
My business has 6 inbound numbers; one main and 5 fax lines. All SMS to any of the numbers is directed to a single extension. Currently, there is no way to tell for which number the text is intended. Identifying which line the text came in on would help us determine if it is simply a "robo-call" or a response to the sender is required.

Preview of image pasted/added into chat
Sometimes I copy the wrong image and paste it into a chat, this could be completely irrelevant to the task, having a preview of the image before sending the message would be helpful to prevent errors.

Additional Filter on the Call logs
Currently there is no way to filter the logs using the status of the call, whether it is in progress. missed or answered. It would be great if we can add a filter to check the status of the call on the call log on the portal or on the application so that we can check easily how many minutes a current call is.

Chrome Plugin Should Allow Meeting Defaults to be Customized
I should not have to modify my RC Video details in the right panel to remove require password or to just by default meeting ID. I should be able to set those and have the plugin remember my settings.

Please add the option to mask portions of an active call. We are needing to mask sensitive info during our calls.

Prevent RingCentral App Window From Resizing On Incoming Call
When using the RingCentral app on my multi-screen workstation, I will dock the app to the left side of my left screen. When a call comes in, the app will undock and 'restore' itself, forcing me to re-dock the app after every call.

Ignore calls while on the line, not place on hold
When pressing ignore or send to voicemail when a 2nd call comes in while on an active call, don't place active call on hold

Add ability to re-arrange tabs on the right panel "pinned", "files", "notes"...
To be able to re-arrange tabs on the right panel. So for example I would like to keep the panel narrow (only 3 tabs) and am most interest in seeing "pinned", "task", "note" instead of "pinned", "files", "notes" without having to go to "..."

Contact Ordering, Grouping from Classic to Unified App
It would be helpful to have the classic feature of being able to have group conversations as their own category (like favorites, teams and direct messages) and to be able to change the order of those categories: I really would like to see direct messages on the bottom of the list and not teams since it is the longest.

Add the option to delete history messages posted by a bot
When using the webhook on the Glip API, received messages in a Team show only the "like" and "bookmark" button. Over time the the history of received messages is getting long. It would be nice to be able to delete those messages without deleting the whole team, re-creating it again, and ending up with a new webhook token of the app added in the Team.

Certain Backticks don't work on RC Unified App
The following backticks do not work on RC Unified app (screenshots attached) when they are actually suppose to work. As a result, RingCentral should add this backtick on the app. Triple backticks also are a feature of Markdown, so RingCentral should support all of Markdown backticks.

Contact Notes LARGER TEXT block for viewing and editing
I have synced my Outook365 Contacts and works well so far. It does bring my contact notes over to the address book however it only shows one tiny line.. If this could be put in a much larger text box (multi Line) and RESIZABLE this would be extremely helpful. WE use Outlook contact notes to track important details of our customers and we typically have a few paragraphs of details that would be helpful to view rather than copy and paste into a text editor to view more than one line of text.

Make "Post Message Via Email" dialogue accessible at top level team sub-menu
Said simply - make it work the way it did in RingCentral (GLIP) Classic.On the left side nav for teams, there are the three dots for a sub menu for teams.Currently the options are:Mark as unreadOpen team profileNotification preferencesMove conversation to...In Classic there was a menu selection for "Post Message Via Email" that would get you the long nonsensical email address directly. Now you must select Open Team Profile and THEN click on ANOTHER three-dot menu. This seems like a huge step backward to essentially bury this function 2 more levels down.
