Allow Presence line call routing or forwarding back to originating extension
An administrative assistant who has a presence line on their handset, answers the presence line extension and determines that the caller should leave a message to the originating extension. There isn't a way at this moment for the call to be routed or transferred to the originating extension.

Adding multiple external number to answer call when call queue is busy or when reached the maximum waiting time. It will be very beneficial to the business productivity, making sure customers on queue are being assisted in a timely manner.

Add options for enabling call recording announcement

Allow others to see DND status through the phone settings not just the app
This should match the physical phone settings as well. If I put my phone on DND, it does not show on the phone screen (which the preset buttons should turn red, as it does when someone is on a call) nor on the app to others that I'm busy. I shouldn't have to put my phone on DND through the app in order for others to see this. RingCentral really has taken a step back compared to Mitel.

Ability to answer more than 1 call from a call queue.
Would be nice to have the ability to answer more than 1 call when some calls into a call queue. We have a store that gets a lot of calls and the ability to place a call on a brief hold to answer another would be a great feature.

BCC Texting
We would like to send texts to our employees and do a blind copy of all the numbers. Currently we can do a group text of up to ten people but it is not a blind copy. Is there a feature that we can use?

Option to Route the Callers to an Extension after nth time Invalid Key Pressed while in the IVR.
On the IVR Menu settings, there should be an option to route the call to a specific extension if the caller enters an invalid selection for nth time.

Custom Rule for calls with no caller ID
we are in need of a custom rule to route calls with no caller ID to a specific call queue and not the main line for our company. I understand this is not a feature currently in the system, but this is an urgent need for our business and hopefully could be looked at and set up soon.

Enable Teams on Poly CCX Phones
To fully integrate an office with the RingCentral Teams App the Poly CCX phones should also work with Ring Central when set to the Teams Third Party App

Customized fax template
The program does not allow for us to put the company info. in the template. I think this is a disadvantage because you are unable to say who the fax is to.

Apply Custom Rule to "extension "
Many of our users have custom rules with a custom voicemail greeting. They use them for "out of office", "in a meeting", "out to lunch", etc. When a Custom rule is applied, the custom greeting is heard by callers dialing the DID and through the main line but anyone internal who dials that user's extension does not hear the custom greeting. They only hear the user's standard greeting. Currently the "extension" is not listed as one of the conditions in Custom Rules so we cannot select it. This would be very useful to have this feature. Add the ability to see if a user refused to answer a call or has ended a call.
It would be great to see if someone is avoiding calls by ending the call, sending to voice mail or closing the app.

Group Call Pick-up ring
The current ring on the phone for a group call pick-up is very short. Is it possible to extend to a longer ring or multiple rings? While working in our work areas not paying attention to the desk phone a single ring is difficult to hear and an extended ring or multiple rings would be beneficial

Distinction between internal and external calls by ringtone
It would be great to assign all internal calls a specific ringtone and all external calls a different ringtone. This would be a great admin feature.

Play hold music from desktop phone to enjoy while working.
It would be nice to play the hold music from desktop phone at the touch of a button. This will be especially useful when a radio station can be played when on hold.

Provision without authorization ID
The company needs to provision a line to be able to make the phone work using taxicaller app. The other service provider can provision even without authorization ID and can use subscriber information only.

Include Extension number on Outbound Caller ID
It will be useful so that the recipient can easily identify the extension number of the person who is calling so when the customer callback he can just type in the extension number, to avoid hold time on queue.

when a shared line is in an active call, and a new call comes in, customer should have the call waiting option, where they can see an incoming call and be able to answer it.
