Allow Polycom VVX 350 & 450 Time and Date text color to be changed
Hello,
Our organization has many Polycom VVX 350 and 450 phones, and we add more daily. We were able to change the colors of a few items, namely, the softkey background and text, the status bar background and text, the menu background, and the menu item and title. However, the time and date of the color text are not customizable. It does not stand out with our current background with logo color. We request this feature be added to change the date and time so it is easy to read. Attached is the config file we are currently working on.…

Poll App Contact in RC App Should be removed by Super Admin
Since any poll application in the RingCentral App creates a contact with extension number, RingCentral Super Admin can see it but not able to delete it. Customer who is super admin would like to have the ability to delete it anytime.

Allow caller ID in other provider in the US
Customer caller ID is not showing up if they calling a different provider such as At&t. Customer wants the her company caller ID will be shown on all the Telco provider in the US.
