Manually Activate open mode
In the older days, phone systems would have a hot button programmed on the desk phone that you could touch that would either put your phone system into "closed" mode or "wake up" "open" mode. This manual bypass would allow you to activate normal operations without having to go in and program special hours, for those occasional holidays or special days you open outside of normal schedules. have the fax subject line appear in the FAILED fax transmission receipt
Is there a way that we can have the fax subject line appear in the FAILED fax transmission receipt ? Reason being, when we receive the failed to transmit receipts, it only indicates the time sent, which is not the exact same time of the email showing in the sent box. Sometimes, we are sending multiple faxes during that 1 minute and sometimes to the exact same fax number, however, only 1 fax will fail. There is no clear way to identify which fax has failed. System needed that is supported by ChromeOS
I cannot download the Ringcentral App on my Chomebook computer since it does not have Windows. Ringcentral app does not support the ChromeOS operating system.

Allow MUTE recording announcement (in Automatic Call Recording) to be customized.
This feature does not currently exist. With Automatic Call Recording active, I would like to be able to customize the announcement that is made when a user presses *9 to mute and unmute a recording (for collecting sensitive information like credit card numbers.) Currently there is a default voice announcement that CANNOT be changed. Note, I already tried changing the Announcement on Start and Announcement on Stop feature in On Demand Recording, but this does not have an effect on the announcement in the automatic call recording mute feature.Thank you!

Display phone numbers with dashes (i.e., 123-456-7890)
When an incoming call appears on the screen of my Yealink phone, the caller's # is just one long string (i.e., 1234567890 vs 123-456-7890), which makes it particularly cumbersome (to me anyway) to try and copy it down.

Text From Call Queue Direct Number
I am a full-access manager for 3 call queues that are set up with their own direct lines. I do not know how to respond to these text messages. I read online at this article (https://community.ringcentral.com/questions/89895/call-queue-texting.html) that you can log into a call queue, but this seems cumbersome. I wish to have the ability to text from the direct line of the call queues that I am a full access manager for. Thank you.

Multifactor Authentication through Microsoft, Google, Duo, Yubikey
Cyber threats are at an all time high in 2021 and it is important to protect our accounts properly. Most breaches come from email attacks so it makes no sense why Ring Central does not support MFA through apps like Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, Duo, or Yubikey. Like text messaging MFA is outdated and insecure, emails will get to the same point. It is important that our accounts are secure and MFA through the apps is one the most basic ways.

Add park hold recall timer for presence visual park keys.
If you program park keys as a presence key there is no park hold recall timer. Ring Central only offers park hold recall for global park keys and not for the presence park keys.

Spelling Checker on RC Phone for the German Language
There is no available German spelling checker on the RingCentral Phone App. The only ones availalbe are EN (UK), EN (U.S.), Spanish (Spain), Spanish (Latin America), French (EU), French (Canada) and Portuguese (Brazil).

Allow Speed Dial Pins/Options In The RingCentral App
This would be great when trying to join a call that uses a pin/number password to enter. For instance, you dial a number, and in the options afterwards, you have to enter a pin. On your mobile phone you can enter something like 111-111-1111,,,1234. Apparently, RC does not have this feature. Please add it.Thank you

Show caller ID when someone calls a direct line
Currently if a customer calls a direct line it will only display their phone number and not their name with it. I feel like its a step back to not be able to display the callers name. I know not all phone providers show someone's name when they call but with our old system when I would call my direct line it would show my full name, now with this new system only my cellphone number is displayed.

Set Do Not Disturb when RCV, Teams, Zoom or WebEx meetings in progress. Incoming calls on RC are quite disruptive and persistent on both laptop and mobile device unless the user intentionally switches softphone to DND. Not ideal to go back and forth with this for each meeting or ad-hoc call that happens throughout the work day.

DND for Invisible Status
Make it so when you go invisible, DND is enabled as well so you do not get calls. We have receptionist that sometimes leave during office hours and the DND status makes it look like they are in the office still when they are not.

Sales team to communicate all feature needs
We have 14 ring Central numbers and when we added one a year ago the assumption was that it would have all the same features as the ones already existing numbers for our company. Come to find out the number did not have texting as an option because of where that number is being sourced from. Now our only option is to get a new number. This is not an easy solution for us as the existing number is tied to patients, pharmacies, insurers, other DR.s etc. so changing the number is not a solution. My suggestion is that when…

Add ability to change color of links in RC phone app.
When using the dark theme in the RC phone app, links in some text messages are hard to read in the standard blue/purple link color. Having the ability to change the color to something that is easier for the user to read would be nice.
