    It would be helpful to be able to print out texts, as I text my parents in order to have a record of exactly what was said.

    Would like to have the ability to assign a unique ringtone to a specific ring group or to a specific inbound number. This will allow the user the ability to identify calls just buy the ringtone. Call Queue X has a unique ringtone assigned to it. For example, Call Queue X is a hotline and calls to this call group it would ring different than other calls.   5. Prevent/Disable second call going through to extension

    We would like the ability to disable a second call going through to an extension if they are already on a call.Users find it frustrating having a second line ringing while they are already on the phone to a client.If we could prevent the transferred call even going to the extension it would prevent this

  9. Assign Ringtones for individual lines

    My Admin Team and I have to cover many lines. I would like to assign a different ringtone to each individual line. Right now, I can only change the ringtones for the attendant line entirely. So for example, If I want to make the ringtone a low trill, it changes ALL the lines. I would like Line 1 to be a Low Trill, Line 2 to be a High Trill, and so on. Can you make this feature possible?   10. Create a more powerful filter for robocalls going through Toll-free numbers

    Robocalls are coming into our toll-free numbers in high volume and incurring daily charges to our account. There should at least be a filter on calls coming to toll-free numbers which will determine if they are valid calls or not.

  11. Customer calls. Link is sent to his/her phone to complete our contact form

    On my off days, I don't want to miss business. So I would rather have the callers receive a text message with a link to complete our contact form.

  12. The Ability to Choose to Leave a Message or be Forwarded to a Backup Person

    I think it would be excellent capability for an Out of Office message to allow a caller to choose to leave a message on the direct line of the person they called, or be forwarded to a backup person (without establishing an IVR).
