We would like the ability to disable a second call going through to an extension if they are already on a call.Users find it frustrating having a second line ringing while they are already on the phone to a client.If we could prevent the transferred call even going to the extension it would prevent this

  2. We would really love/need an automated text to be sent if a client texts us after hours. We would want them to know we received their text and someone can respond during opening hours.

  6. Would like to have the ability to assign a unique ringtone to a specific ring group or to a specific inbound number. This will allow the user the ability to identify calls just buy the ringtone. Call Queue X has a unique ringtone assigned to it. For example, Call Queue X is a hotline and calls to this call group it would ring different than other calls.   8. My Admin Team and I have to cover many lines. I would like to assign a different ringtone to each individual line. Right now, I can only change the ringtones for the attendant line entirely. So for example, If I want to make the ringtone a low trill, it changes ALL the lines. I would like Line 1 to be a Low Trill, Line 2 to be a High Trill, and so on. Can you make this feature possible?   10. Robocalls are coming into our toll-free numbers in high volume and incurring daily charges to our account. There should at least be a filter on calls coming to toll-free numbers which will determine if they are valid calls or not.

  12. I think it would be excellent capability for an Out of Office message to allow a caller to choose to leave a message on the direct line of the person they called, or be forwarded to a backup person (without establishing an IVR).
