We have franchises, and rather than press 1,2,3 ...22 for each branch it would be amazing if the clients said which area it is and the system be smart enough to know which towns are in each postcode and call forwards to that branch.
For example, if someone says they are based in Lincoln it gets put through to our Lincolnshire franchise. And if someone says they are in Bideford it's smart enough to put through to our Devon Franchise.
