  1. It would be great to extend the expiration date of activation email to at least 7 days. So that if I create extensions on Thursday for example then new employees would start on Monday then i don't need to resend activation email again

  2. do away with Max Agent entirely and have the CC features integrated into the RC apps Extensions and web UI, this will allow seam less integration with the RC features and simplify the end User experience.

  3. ability to track usage and trends of phone numbers that are assigned to contact center services, today we do not have this ability and cannot monitor usage for CC services easily.

  5. When a user submits an evaluation, only the person being evaluated receives the notification via the QM Tool that a new evaluation is ready to review. We should be able to choose additional people to receive a notification, like the agent's supervisor, for example. More than one person should be able to receive the notification.

  6. When transferring to RC Office extensions through the MAX agent, you can't search in the company directory to find an extension, but you must scroll through to find the individual and click call. You can’t just enter the extension number and click enter to complete the transfer.

It would be great for staffing and data integrity, if when an agents skills are updated in the ACD module, that would get reflected in what WEM Skills that they are associated with so that if they get added/removed from the skills that the system uses to deliver interactions, it would reflect in the staffing headcounts without manually having to try and maintain that.

  10. Our organization fields a number of calls that should be sent directly to a user's voicemail. Currently, our contact center agent has to either blind transfer the call to the user, or call them...confirm it's an unwanted call....then ask the user to not pickup the transferred call. Both options are not great.

  11. My team completes Call Monitoring and its extremely hard to do Call Monitoring in Contact center as you are not able to make an update to a scored evaluation once saved. There is no way to update if a rebuttal is received nor can we do internal QA without deleting the evaluation and rescoring the entire call. Please make the update to be able to edit as this item needs to be available to complete Call Monitoring.

It would be great to be able to have the ability to have the system generate new schedules for one or just selected team members versus having to generate it for the entire scheduling unit each time. This flexibility would be beneficial in instances where a team member may change shifts or a rotation may be off and save a lot of copying shifts around.

  13. In Workforce Management (WFM) - All unavailable or busy activity codes are orange. This results in one having to "hover" over an orange block in the schedule manager to have a popup display and identify the specific busy activity code for the agent. The capability exists in WEM Skills to assign multiple different colors for a skill. In WFM Activity Codes, it is requested that multiple colors can be assigned as well.

  16. If a user submits an evaluation, and they realize they made a mistake, they must wait for the agent to review the evaluation and ‘Request Review’. A user should be able to ‘edit’ the evaluation form without the agent having to take this step. The agent might be out of the office or can’t get to it right away. The user needs to fix the evaluation score immediately and not wait, so an edit option is necessary.

  17. When using the scheduling generation module, have a prompt to select activities that can't be overridden if they have already been added to an agents schedule. Currently it is a shot in the dark if you have to generate a new schedule and get the prompt that schedules may be overridden on if that would include meetings, absences etc.

  19. ...y impacted if they are on a call and are having to take their break or lunch later than scheduled.. Schedule adherence is one of our agent goals and agents should not be penalized for taking their break or lunch later than scheduled because they are stuck on a call. Adding a grace period would help.

  20. Is there a way to limit a manager to only see their team’s Time Off requests?
    I created a “Sales Manager” role under Admin>Roles and Permissions and then went to ACD and Restricted Access and only selected their team but they still see time off requests for Claims employees.
