Hours of Operation profiles are restricted to the Business Unit Time Zone, which is inconvenient when you have multiple Hours of Operation profiles that spread across different Time Zones - and when DST is or is not observed, this then requires manually editing the Hours of Operation profile twice yearly to accommodate.

Example: Ontario observes EST and EDT, while Alberta is permanent ABT - if the Business Unit Time Zone is set to ET, Hours of Operation profiles used for areas that do not observe DST will also change, when they should not. Alberta will move back 1 hour during DST, because the Business Unit Time Zone moves back an hour. The admin must manually edit the Alberta HOOP an hour to return it to normal, as they do not observe DST.
