Button for requesting access to recording
My colleagues recorded the meeting. They posted the link to this recording on Wiki page. I can see the page and the link. But when I open the link - there is only message "Please ask the host for access to this recording"But I have no idea who was the host for this meeting. There should be a button for requesting the access.I logged in RCV. My ID could be sent to the host.No info is required about the host. The host will get a notification and decide - should I get the access or not.

Option for participants to show that they are away for few mins during the call
During the meeting sometime people have to attend something (emergency call, address some other interruption) and go away for few mins.Idea to show that status in participants list and also overlay the message when person changes the status.

Export Participants List
With RC Meetings, we have the option to export list of attendees to a .csv file - this is necessary when customers request this for their records (to see who attended vs who didn't). Currently, with RCV, I log into v.ringcentral.com, go to the recordings tab (which is only available if you recorded the meeting) and manually type each participant name into an Excel sheet. For a group of 100+ people, this takes a really long time. Would love the ability to view and export the Participants list (even if I didn't record the meeting) to Excel/.csv. This would save…

Invitee List
It would be great to see the list of people invited and if they have logged in. As it is now (I believe) as you invite people there is no record of who you invited.

Integration with Google Drive
Additionally, I would like to see RCV interact with Word or Google Drive during screen share, so that anyone on the call can edit the same document. I realize that you can do this by sharing the document beforehand, but it would nice to give permissions while on the call using RCV (and eliminating a step).

App on Samsung, Roku for RCV functionality on a TV
So, I can watch All Hands and other webinars on my TV while freeing up my computer. This would be marketable to customers and make it easier to use RCV on TV without doing whatever we do in the conference rooms.

Add countdown timer for "be right back"
A way for participants to put in a countdown clock timer if they are stepping away for 5/10 mins of break or another meeting. Will be helpful for long meetings/workshops. Even if someone is joining late, can login and switch-on the timer so that you dont have to hunt him/her down knowing that he has joined and will be available soon. Also useful for office hours like situation where the instructor has stepped away for a break so new person joins in and knows whats going on. Its a Amazon Chime feature currently, I have found it useful.

Buzz button
Sometimes people get into a heated discussion and it's impossible even to say 'Stop it'. It would be good for meeting Host to have a button initiating some annoying sound for all participant to stop their talking.

Video recordings "play head" bookmark with comments & playing back video (see Soundcloud for example of what I mean)
So many times I'm sitting in an hour or 2 hour long meeting that is being recorded, maybe a webinar. Do I have another two hours to go back and rewatch the whole meeting, NO WAY! What if I just want to go back to a specific part of the meeting? I can't do that in an easy and efficient way. I would love a feature where as I'm watching a meeting that is being recorded, I can see the timeline of the recording and "time stamp" or bookmark the play head of the video frame. Then (kind of like…
