Security Button while in meeting
Need to be able to turn on/off waiting room while in the meeting. Be able to allow specific participants to share screens (able to turn on and off). If these features are there, i haven't found them.

Adjust background
It would be great to have the ability to adjust how much of your background scenery is visible. To be able to zoom in or out to reduce or increase the how much of your background view is available.

Specify Recording Layout
When recording a meeting, having the ability to choose what layout is recorded. For example, just active speaker, or 2 (+ more) speakers if there's a panel/fireside chat.Beneficial for training materials.

Notify host by email when attendees join a meeting before the host
RingCentral Video should add a feature so that the host can get an email if attendees join when the host has not yet joined.RingCentral Meetings has this feature alread. A toggle on service web allows the host to receive an email notification if participants join their meeting before them, this includes the names of the people who have joined (see attached screenshot).This notification is extremely useful to know when people have joined a meeting early, or even if someone joins on the incorrect day (see screenshot of notification attached). a test mic/webcam button on the "waiting for meeting" splash page that lets you access your settings and test audio and video would be very great.

Screen clipping feature in chat
Sharing just a small item or part of a document in chat is a time saver. Currently. I have to open snippet app, snippet item, copy it, then paste it in RC chat window. Would be wonderful to have your own screen clipping tool in chat.

Save scheduled meetings
I think it would be great to be able to save/bookmark scheduled meetings. Right now, I have to copy/paste the link from my Outlook Calendar to Ring Central every day for our daily meeting. It would be so much easier to just click in Ring Central, join this meeting.

Ability to get a list of attendees
during or following the meeting it would be useful to get a list of attendees that joined the video meeting. This is useful to avoid roles calls or in very large meetings would enable you to contact only the people who attended, rather than the invited list of attendees.

Meeting Minutes and Notes
Many times in these meetings is is necessary to take meeting minutes, notes, and or action items. It would be nice to be able to download a timestamped meeting transcript as well as notes taken during the meeting with links back to the context of when the note was taken(the place in the recording that the note was taken). It would also be nice to be able to export the action items from that meeting directly to outlook or some other app.

Small thumbnail video of what people see when you are screen sharing
There rarely goes a meeting where people ask for confirmation of can you see what I am sharing or someone shares and incorrect screen/application. Create a small thumbnail view of what you are screen sharing. Similar to the thumbnail of the video of yourself.
