A meeting host can rename guests and PSTN dial-in participants, both in the waiting room and during the meeting, across the RingCentral app on desktop and mobile and on the browser. One thing to note: signed-in participants can't be renamed, since their display name comes from the company directory. See Editing participant names in a meeting.

RCM had the ability for the host to rename participants. This feature should be added to RCV to keep competitive in the market.
