Automatic captioning in RC Meetings app in addition to the existing automatic captioning that is in beta in the RC app.

    There is an extreme need for the ability to assign the role of captioning so a person (like a CART captioner) can ensure accurate captions for people with hearing loss. The auto-generate captions cannot replace the human component.
