use only one number for 2 factor authentication for multiple users
Creating this in behalf of the customer who wants to one phone number to receive a code for 2 factor authentication for all users who will be part of a call queue then they signed in to their RC App

Customer would like to have a way to receive the code for two factor authentication for a universal email wherein all of their user can login.
