Here are ongoing problems with the new Video Meetings. The following features were in the OLD Meeting program and are necessary for us to function: When a caller to the meeting calls in by Telephone only (no computer) their name shows up as the caller ID on their phone. Not the phone number as before. When my name shows up it is S Winning. As an anonymous organization we do not use last names and it is impossible to rename the caller to the name Steve W. So the host of the meeting does not know the callers FIRST NAME!Also the person calling in by phone, (no computer) cannot raise their hand to tell the host they wish to speak.Also, it now not possible for the Host (Moderator) to Mute Everyone at once or Unmute everyone at once. This was possible in the old program. So if we have 25 callers the host has to take time and effort to mute each person one at a time.Also, we previously had 10 phone numbers to use over the past 3 years. Now there are only 6 numbers and they are all different. We have sent out the old phone numbers info to thousands of people over all of Canada. And now it will be very difficult to tell them there are new phone numbers.
