Allow to set voice controls while in Waiting Room
While waiting for a Host to start the meeting in a waiting room, you could set voice features to allow multi-tasking while waiting.

Have the ability to set and adjust your audio and video settings while in the waiting room. That way when you are let in, the meeting can start sooner with less tech issues.
