Add Back Hiding Meeting Controls If The User Is Not Interacting With The Window
Previously the meeting controls would automatically hide if the user was not interacting with the window. Currently, the controls never go away. This is not a major problem when it is a video chat. When the user is watching a screen share though it can become a major issue because the content at the bottom of the screen is not visible. Please add back the functionality where if a user is not interacting with the window the controls are hidden, or at least add a preference that would allow that functionality to be turned on/off.

If it's a bug, I might recommend first, uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This might reset the app. If that doesn't work, perhaps a call to support to troubleshoot is in order. As far as I am aware, this is not a feature that has been removed so we're going to adjust the status of this idea. Let us know if we can help further!

Here is an example of the bug in action. In this case the shared screen is not full screen but I tested it in full screen mode and waited for at least 15 seconds and the bottom bar did not go away. This meeting was actually triggered through Glip, Ring Central's chat service. I did not see that as an option when making this request which is why I picked RingCentral Video.

Hey, thanks for sharing this idea. We just tested this with RingCentral Meetings, which I believe you are using instead of RingCentral Video and I didn't experience this issue. Can you provide a few more details? Also, this may be an issue worth submitting a support ticket for.
