Ability to close video for other users on my display to save bandwidth
they can still share their video, but I can choose to not see it to save bandwidth

I am being told to vote on this idea from 2021, but this feature was available just a few weeks ago. What happened to it??? We need answers and this feature needs to be reimplemented ASAP.
It is a crucial feature for people in areas with bad internet. Crazy they would remove it without telling anyone.

Sometimes when I have pretty bad connection, I would like to disable video stream to me to have better audio quality
