Synchronization of External Shared Contacts in RingCentral Mobile App
We request an enhancement to the RingCentral mobile app to ensure seamless synchronization of external shared contacts. Currently, users are experiencing issues where newly added external contacts do not appear in the mobile app without manual intervention such as device restarts or cache clearing. This inconvenience affects productivity, particularly for large teams. We seek a solution that automatically updates shared contacts across all devices without the need for user intervention, ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact information for all users.
