Call Monitoring
Adding call monitoring to a User group in the RingCentral portal, does not allow you to edit the call monitoring features. It will be great to add call recording that only allows Listen only.

I would like to add a similar request - when setting up a call monitoring group, allow me to just point to an existing call queue. that way I don't have to maintain two separate lists of users between the call queue and the monitoring group. There should be a way for the list to be an object that can be used across various RC functions.
