Ideally, we have a feature where we click a create link or create text to ask someone to give us permission to see their screen. We are on a separate phone or work phone, but we can shoot them over a quick link, that allows us to tap into their screen. All the same features as a presenter sharing their screen on a video call. Once the link or text has been sent, it has a protection message, do you agree to share your screen, and please make sure you have all windows or content closed so we don't see any information you don't want us to see. Once they click "yes" then they get a code that they give us, we enter that in and that allows us permission to view their screen on their computer or phone. We can also take over with a request permission, to walk them through a challenging to do item, application, tech issue etc... This is a simpler share screen approach, don't have to set up a video call, since we are already on the phone, landline or cell, not a ring central phone.
