Using CTRL/SHIFT/ALT keys results in temporarily loss of remote control of shared screen in RC meeting. Cannot use CTRL or SHIFT keys in RDP sessions on customer screen being shared and remote controlled in RC meeting. The orange remote control banner at the top of the RC meeting switches to "Wait to control [name's] screen" when one of those keys is hit, and then one second later remote control starts working again automatically. The workaround of adjusting the Local Resources -> Keyboard -> "Apply Windows key combinations" setting is not reliable. Constantly resizing the RDP session window from fullscreen to get key combinations to work limits our ability to support our customers via RC meetings. Reference RC support case number 26463445.
