Request:

The customer is requesting a simplified way to access RingCentral Video meeting attendee lists and related meeting information.

Current Process:

Login as Admin → Reports → Analytics → Performance Reports → Meetings → Search by Meeting ID/User → Apply Date Filter → Download.

Customer Concern:
Compared to the older RingCentral Meetings interface, the current method is more complex and time-consuming. They find it hard to remember the path and would prefer an easier, more direct access point.

Proposed Improvement:

Add a direct, one-click option within the RingCentral Video meeting dashboard to view/download attendee lists and meeting information without navigating through multiple menus.

This could be placed in the Meeting Details screen for past meetings.

Example Scenario:
For Meeting ID 403127533 (08/12/2025 – “KEMI Annual Board Orientation”), the customer had to navigate through multiple steps just to download the attendee list.

Business Impact:

Reduces time and effort for Admins retrieving meeting attendance data.

Improves user experience and adoption for video meeting reporting.
