option to change transcript file type to txt file
ability to select or change the default pdf file format when downloading ringcentral video meeting transcript
current default file is PDF it would be better to have an option such as txt file for download

This would be very helpful for me. I sometimes have to end up using Acrobat to convert the file to a .docx or .rtf format, but the images are a pain in the neck! ;)
