Currently, it appears that only Admins are able to disable the AI Virtual Assistance messages that often pop up. Users should be able to disable these popups without bothering the Admins.
Here is what the assistant told me when I asked how I could disable the popup: Admins can disable the AI Assistant for individual users in the Admin Portal by navigating to Users > Users with Extensions, selecting a user, and toggling AI off. Alternatively, for RingCentral for Outlook 2.0.54, the command parameter `MSIEXEEC /i RingCentralForOutlook-2.0.53.msi CheckUpdate=off` can be used during group installation.
