A while back, we lost the ability to toggle a button to mute and turn off camera for all in the scheduler. I was given a link to a site that will allow me to use those features, but it is a nightmare to use. It will not work with my desktop Outlook. It opens the web version and I have to change the time zone for every meeting.

The meetings that I schedule average about 70 users so I go through that work-around to reduce the interruptions in those meetings. Keeping up with it in a live meeting is onerous. I do not understand the decision to remove features. We seem to be losing the features that matter most to us.
